- These are the SIMPLE protein smoothies I've been drinking every day of my 3rd trimester since eating meat has not been my favorite thing.
Good for every day lifestyle or pregnancy (however please check with your doctor first before working any of these into your diet)
Avocado Blackberry:
1 small avocado
Large handful of frozen blackberries
Almond Milk
2 scoops vanilla or plain protein
Water (optional but helps with consistency)
Peanut Butter Banana:
1 banana
1 spoonful of peanut butter
dash of cinnamon
Almond milk
2 scoops vanilla or plain protein
Ice
Tropical:
Banana
Handful of frozen mango
Handful of frozen peaches
2 scoops vanilla or plain protein
Coconut milk
They all look so good !!

I've been looking for some ideas for smoothies and your 3 recipes looks good except the banana. I can't stand the taste for banana in anything.
I hear you! My husband hated banana too! It’s just so great for the consistency. But to be completely honest the other ingredients drown out the banana taste so much you can’t even tell it’s in there! Maybe try one of them and see if you can handle it?
