I also recomended accurancy cards! Its a live saver sometines since it make your great/good/bad taps into perfect taps! Since bad taps also drain health it'll save you most of the time
i beat this by just moving my thumbs around really really quickly, this way i can tap almost every note + i just play this everyday so i can get used to where the notes are going in the spam

Ik im late but i recommend practicing on sonolus because u can slow down the song speed (the slowest is 50%, i recommend starting there, but if ur impatient 55-60% speed)
I don't know how, but I literally tried with only cards that heal and I only failed 4, 6 times in the spam notes, in total 11 misses, now I'm trying to get master mode, (help my fingers will explode)
