Thank you for sharing. I didn't even know this vehicle existed. Quite a bit of creativity in the 1980's GI Joe line. Too bad that well of creativity was drained to make room for a sensitivity training pit.
it was a lot different back then...a joe figure for like 2 1/2 bucks...and if you bught a jeep...it has a figure...if you bough a motorcycle...you also got a figure...i was a star wars guy myself...but joe was a lot better about vehicles and accessories
Assuming those missies can launch from this vehicle, we, in the Army, would classify this as a SHORAD system, i.e. short range air defense. So it would be used to take on drones, helicopters, and low flying ground support aircraft.
@@bcwolf100 The only figure I still have from my childhood is Lt. Falcon and I could swear that he came with this vehicle at some point around 1989 (when I received Falcon as a gift for Christmas). Am I misremembering?

I got this at Kmart for $5 back then. It had a hook that would comnect to the back of any wheeled vehicle and could be towed

I had this as well, but I don't remember getting a figure with it. Is it possible that you were gifted both at the same time?
@@bcwolf100 It is. For some reason I’ve just always associated LT Falcon with this vehicle. Thank you for the video and setting me straight.
I picked one up a few years ago but it's in a box now because it kept diabolically falling apart. crap design
Crap idea as well
