  • When our mental health becomes a struggle it's hard to concentrate (as well as many other things!) but in this video I explain what is brain fog and several ideas in how to overcome it.
QUOTE - "Calm is finding stillness in the moment instead of waiting for life to slow down."

    1. Lack of sleep ✅ 2. Dehydration ✅3. Poor diet ✅4. Stress. Yeah I check all of the above as a parent.
To fix: organize your life/room, Exercise, meditate.

Thank you so much for this video, I just recently discovered the concept of brain fog and realized that I most definitely have it. This video helped me be able to focus more on my studies and improve my grades, and myself in the end.

I was thinking today that maybe I needed to employ a life coach to sort me out, but then I found your video by a lucky accident and this is all I really needed! What a helpful video. You have such a calming voice too (which really does help!) and the music in the background helps too. Thank you! (I'm going to subscribe!). 🙂 (PS: I'm not a teenager, but this video would be helpful to everyone!).

It happens to me every time I go to certain stores, or in shopping centers and some closed places... I literally feel like an idiot, I can't think or reason well, my short-term memory fails, it's like the air in there It will affect me...

I understand where you're coming from. The way I try to react when this happens to me (mine is more when my words get muddied up) is not to fight it and not to get so angry at myself. I remind myself that I'm doing the best I can do right now. So, make sure you're being kind to yourself, please ❤️
