  • Freedom from your Symptoms of Anxiety In 16 Weeks from Today: theanxietyguy.com/inner-circle/
    Key Video Notes Below:
*I’ve found that we mustn’t look to heal the brain fog anxiety symptom directly or we will get more frustrated. Rather, listen to your intuition to give your body what it’s calling for.
    1. Sleep more, but change your association towards sleep from being lazy and unproductive to self loving and caring.
    2. Do not over exert yourself in these areas: mentally (overthinking), emotionally (avoid stimulants like coffee and do not rely on being excitable), physically (stop well before exhaustion whether you are lifting weights, doing cardio, or engaged in sports), and in relationships (be aware of the people and types of conversations that drain you such as talking about politics).
    3. Practice mindfully moving towards enjoyment and gratitude in the present moment, rather than thinking yourself out of it due to why you are feeling.
*Remember, we don’t heal 1 anxiety symptom at a time, rather we sense what it is our bodies are calling for and give back compassionately.
Brain fog can be diminished, and as we release the emotional baggage we’ve been carrying around in your bodies and re-prioritize our overall well being we will be met with inner peace.

My son asked me to watch this because he's got it. he wants me to drive over to his house and clean his apartment because because he thinks that's too vigorous of because he thinks that's too vigorous of exercise and I'm 74 and I'm not doing it.I told him he needs to exercise even if it's a half hour throughout the day. Physically you might want to invest in a good liquid vitamin and mineral from the ocean or a deep core drilling to fire that brain and give you some energy. I do not like unflavored minerals so they have labored mineral and vitamins.

I suffered brain fog for a whole year, not practicing self care can cause many unwanted symptoms, including low physical activity, the less love you give yourself and expect others to give it to you, you"ll be anxious. But its never late, it never was and it never will. There will be tides but eventually with everyday practicing the skills he mentioned you will feel more clarity and feel light. Thanks for the video!

Frankly, I think everyone has. But anxiety sufferers certainly have. Best thing: slow down. Practice Dennis's slow response. Don't read into that brain fog, but be compassionate towards yourself. Brain fog is only for a moment, and clarity is retrievable if you compassionately and patiently allow it to show up. Don't force it.

@@xxSk8ing4christxx I was honestly terrified when I first experienced the feeling of being spaced out. I was sure something was wrong with me. I cried with relief when I read that it is a common anxiety symptom. I'm working on recovery and have very little feeling of being spaced out these days, so I'm hopefully getting somewhere❤✌

I never put it together, but it makes so much sense. I am mindful of how this feels in certain aspects of my life, but never associated it with being excitable. Revelation.

This is an excellent, excellent, excellent video. I've trained myself over the years to meditate, and then sort of let myself drift off into light sleep to help get rid of my brain fog everyday.
It's a long process, but without it I would be in a constant state of brain fog.
but I've always been held back by the idea that I'm resting too much and wasting my life and life is passing me by.
That in and of itself, even though I can get into a restful state, and completely relax, was still lingering in the background so that I would feel anxiety even coming out of my meditation.
not to mention, my mother who I think is trying to be helpful in her own way but refuses to ever learn anything about my illness, is constantly berating me and telling me that I rest too much already. "You can't lay around all day and expect to feel better. You can't lay around all day and expect to sleep well at night. You need to lose weight! You need to exercise a lot more!"
I'm constantly feeling pressure from her that everything I'm doing to try and cope and heal is wrong.
I just sent her this video, and I'm wondering if she will even watch it. Because if she suspects that anything in this video goes against what she says she'll either ignore it, or try and say that it's wrong, and then probably turn to some religious argument like, "Jesus doesn't believe in what that person said, you got to get into Jesus if you want to heal and stop listening to these people who want you to live inside your illness. If you trusted in Jesus, you would be healed from your illness already. It's time for you to get into God and stop living in sickness."
Translation: you're wrong, you're not good enough, you're not spiritual enough, you need to do more more more more more more more more and you need to stop being lazy and sitting around. Your illness is your fault! You trying to cope in ways that seem helpful, is you choosing to be sick. Not only are you sick, but the sight of you makes me uneasy, because you're physically unattractive, you're fat, I don't accept you for who you are, and that's also why you're sick. It's your own fault because you live an unhealthy lifestyle. Your best is not good enough.
Even when I was 100 lb lighter, my mom would still be telling me that I was overweight and I needed to lose weight even if I didn't even bring it up I could be talking to her about a new movie I just watched, or maybe something that happened good in my life, and she would simply say, "I just watched this doctor on UA-cam say that if you do XYZ you'll lose weight."
And yet 100 lb lighter than I am now, going to the gym, healthy working out, and I still had brain fog everyday.
anyway I guess that turned into a rant, but thank you for this video I might even watch it again because honestly the one thing that I need to feel good about in my life, is that it's okay to rest! It's okay that I need to rest more! it's okay if I can limit my exercise and I don't have to be working out all the time and going for mile walks and things like that which would be nice, but my body is not healthy enough to do at this point.
    Thank you.

to courageously express myself. I am a work in progress and I am learning so much.

Great video. When my brain fog is bad, it’s like a 24/7 out of kilter feeling. It will include dizziness, head pressure, unreality, feeling like my limbs and even moving my mouth feel disconnected from my brain. Sometimes while driving while the brain fog is bad, familiar things appear unfamiliar briefly. Really crazy stuff. Lately due to life stresses, it’s been daily from waking up in the morning to going to bed at night. Thanks for the helpful information.

Cutting the habit of drinking coffee is very important in dealing with anxiety, but it's only one of many good points you mention. Thank you. Peace and love. ... "Making sure you eat healthier. Eat less sugar, caffeine, and alcohol is a great way to get rid of negative thoughts.
Take care of your mental health by taking a break to feel your feelings and drawing your limits and boundaries. Creating a good healthy routine in your life with rest and recovery is the best way to help relieve the internal negative self-talk."

Came here after plummeting due to late nights, increased coffee consumption, playing basketball until my hands can no longer shoot, driving out of town every 3-4 days and binging on junk food and sweets. I was doing really well recovering from anxiety and the symptoms were almost 0 so I begun overdoing it. That neutral point is crucial for me at this stage. Back to square one I guess 🙂 Don't overdo it peeps. Keep it neutral however good you feel because this will come back and bite you in the ass! Currently committed to balance in exercising, fixing my diet again and getting back my old sleep routine. Summer holidays got me a bit off balance 🙂 Thanks Dennis.

The whole point is to slow down, listen, and actually take it in. Anxiety sufferers are constantly “speeding up” and not taking a second to breathe. The advice I’d give is to watch every one of his videos 2 or 3 times to fully comprehend his words. I hope your anxiety journey is going well and you are healing, take a minute and slow down ❤️

Hi, I have really bad brain fog memory ever since I cut out carbs and went keto. This happened gradually, now in trauma mode..memory is garbage.. Any advice? Ativan 1mg was prescribed as I lost alot of weight, became severly depressed, anxiety was non stop and doctors were scared I would die from malnutrition... long road 10 months of hell. Feel like my memories are distant dreams. Increased my carbs a little but haven't gotten better..
