The soundtrack so well underscores the emotions being experienced by the characters. In this theme you can hear Padmé is stressed and anxious, sick to her stomach, her world is falling apart, she feels like she's already lost her husband, and their love theme plays as she has bittersweet pangs, tentative memories of their love.
You have to admire Padme’s capacity for understanding and forgiveness, as she offered to run away with Anakin and forget everything, knowing he’d done such horrific things. Even as a kid, I’d wonder how that’d work? Could she wake up in the morning and look at her husband, knowing he’d ruthlessly murdered innocent children, just like the ones sleeping in the next room?
Sometimes I wonder if she was perhaps afraid of Anakin and desperate to offer him forgiveness to calm her husband down... I've seen it before in real life.
I don't think she entirely accepted what he'd done up until that point. And I don't think she'd accept what he did and live with it if she had. I believe if she had ultimately lived, she would have led the rebellion alongside Mothma.
Anakin slaughtered the entire Tusken village. And the women and children too. And she was okay with that. Why would she have any problems now after he killed children at the Jedi Temple?
0:48 is probably my favorite part of the whole track, when it plays when anakin runs to padme it just takes my breath away, the way it makes me feel can’t really be described, but it’s sad
"You turned her against me!" "You have done that yourself." "You turned her against me!" "You have done that yourself." "You turned her against me!" "You have done that yourself." "You turned her against me!" "You have done that yourself." "You turned her against me!" "You have done that yourself."
2:45 it's just frightening how after Vader shows his true nature to padme and padme realizes that's no longer anakin the imperial March plays "The Jedi turned against me, don't you turn against me"
I can feel her pain, her hope that she could bring him back to her, her emotions, her heart break, and all the beautiful memories with him in 0:26. She was a strong woman, but this truly was her breaking point. Don’t get me wrong. I wholeheartedly believe Sidious transferred her life force to Vader during her labor
It's called Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy, aka Broken Heart Syndrome. The birth also may have exhausted her, or even allowed her to hemorrhage, preventing any chance of survival. Not to mention suffocation with no proper oxygen distribution.
how is it possible that there are no offical releases of this? why do we always have to ask some nice guys on youtube to extract the music from the movie?

Herr Dardon what is that theme called? It was the main theme for ROTS
It is the Anakin and Padmé's theme.
It's called Across the Stars, it was the main love theme for Attack of the Clones.

John williams is a musical genius this scene reminds us all why revenge of the sith is the darkest of all star wars movies.
Don't forget Rogue One and the Empire Strikes Back, they are also the darkest star wars movies.
