Playing medic can actually be very fun (speacially with the crusader's crowsbow) So basically, PLAY MEDIC! He can literally change the entire course of the game more than any other class
I enjoy to play Medic, hes currently my most played class! Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the Crusader's Crossbow, so I stick to the syringe guns and I find amazing seeing players fall to my own hands

hello, im a medic main literally from the first time i opened tf2 and an active pybro enjoyer i would like to say, thank you for making this video, i usually dont have a direct interaction with the people that i help as both playstyles/classes, because im a f2p, so hearing that both things are very liked around the community and it actually helps the teamates majes me very happy i just want to remind everyone that a simple "thank you" or "lets go" or just any other interaction makes a f2p's enjoy the tf2 experience a lot more than you would think.

@@ignasignas9469 you can't do voice lines or use text chat on a free to play account. something about "preventing bots" but they bypassed that ages ago, and they never removed that limitation. voice lines are by default E to alert a friendly medic, and Z/X/C + Number Key for every voice command, 9 being for the PASS time gamemode, and 0 to cancel choosing a voice line. typing (if i remember correctly) is bound to Y or U or I, one being for team chat and one for server-wide. (i dont remember which off the top of my head) consider checking out settings for the keybinds if you aren't sure of the text chat hotkeys. (my personal advice if you are a free to play is just get a backpack extender from the in-game store, 99 US cents for 2 pages of slots and access to communications) hope i helped

I've kinda just had a problem trying to figure the difference between a player who is joking and a player that is bullying me In my early days playing TF2, I had "[F2P]" in my username so I was bullied a lot. You know how it is, every kill and the Schadenfreude follows. Just even hearing the laugh now gives me ptsd, or someone just laughing at me for no reason should be funny and a joke but the memories never really fade away. I try to get over it so I can finally enjoy this Gabe forsaken game, but it's kinda hard to forgive the cruel world we live in.
you can, most of the time, count on players with the most funny/deranged names to be absolutely cool players. also, always be good to your medics, even the 1hr playtime ones
I check all the boxes, I'm happy when people appreciate my help, that's why even after 400 hours of play, I continue to be a pybro, a support engineer, to be the pocket medic for new players,... I just love when people have a good time and that why I play this game.

I remember in my first few hours of the game I really wanted to get into the engineer playstyle but I just couldn't figure out how to use my PDA and I had no clue where the keybind settings were, so I just gave up on him and played pyro instead. After a little more than a year, I'm proud of myself for not totally giving up engineer and learning how to play him, as well as positioning the buildings to help the team more than myself, and I've now become an engineer-py(b)ro main
True on the learners. I’ve found myself in the recent months doing demoknight more than any other class, mainly because I saw some of SolarLights videos. After a good few weeks, I was a good demoknight. I knew who I should and shouldn't go after, I know how to sneak around, and whats been happening more often now is insane kills. One time on Pier, I managed to trimp up a set of stairs and kill a sniper I couldn't even see in one hit. ONE hit, that is the most satisfying thing and has motivated me beyond belief to continue being as deranged as I can. Note: (IT HAPPENED AGAIN AT THE SAME SPOT ON PIER)
Quickfix medics. I love the guys. They give such an insane amount of healing to tons of people because quick fix tends to be worse at pocketing. If I had a nickel for every time a quickfix went out of their way to save me from a situation I shouldn't have been in, I'd probably be able to buy a single soda can. Thats not a lot, but that's still nice.
I never really learned in the more complex things so I could learn more and just let things flow naturally instead of focusing myself to do a skill. I do this incase I need to switch a class so I could still help my team, I know how to rocket jump but the basic things, I know shotcuts and the general layouts of maps as scouts but always forget to listen for a sentry, I know when to fall back as heavy if I need to but I can’t notice spies, and so on and so forth, it’s better to know the basics of all classes rather then be a one trick act
Funny wnough my favorite pybro loadout is also phlog scorch shot/gas passer. I mostly MMPH to stuff a push or force the enemies to uber too early. You let the sentry take a hit, then you can tank a hit, then taunt right when you hear the rocket launcher fire to eat a shot, maybe 2 if you’re lucky, and then either sortie into the uber as the engineer repairs the sentry, or retreat to spray your pesticide on the nest as the engie repairs into the end of the uber. The scorch shot is scorch shot, probably what you want, and the gas passer is what i choose to say “here, the spy cannot cloak and sap at once, i’ve marked them!” I don’t get to reflect or extinguish, but i always reflect frames too late and all the burning people are too busy running for health kits to let me extinguish them anyways, so it is what it is.
I've been a medic main for ages and I _love_ having new medics on my team. Dropping little bits of advice in chat and watching them improve bit by bit is a treat.

i'll be honest, i'd put furry pfps as more chill than anime pfps, because while furries i've met in the game are definitely skilled and can be sweaty at times, i've found plenty of fun ones, and even the sweatier ones can end up being fun if they're not busy obsessing over the soldier that's dominating them or trying to push objective. on the other side of the coin, i rarely encounter a fun anime pfp player. most of the anime pfps i encounter are usually super toxic, spout some needlessly hateful bullshmit on the mic, and either say slurs or have something offensive in their name, and usually going to their steam profile reveals complaints from them about "being kicked for no reason" and comments from people talking about how unfun they are to play with. that being said, cat pfps are objectively the most fun and lighthearted players you will encounter
@@ignasignas9469 cooperative engineering ftw... always upgrade teles at spawn, it's quicker to upgrade to level 3 then use the teleporter than waiting for a level 1 to recharge every time
I have a high amount of respect for medic who can use crossbow effectively as a healing tool. Here's an example, let's you're heavy with a medic on you and you're taking a lot damage that regular medigun healing won't be enough for you survive. But what's this? Your medic crossbows you and restores a large chunk of your health before switching back to the medigun. Suddenly you can fight for a few more seconds than both you and the enemy team was excepting. Now you're more likely to win that fight. Another example is your health is low and you retreat to the back lines to nearest medic, dispenser, or health kit, costing your team to have to fight temporarily with one less player in the front lines for any where from a few seconds to about 20-30-ish seconds when medic crossbow restoring either most of your health or to full, greatly reducing your time away from the front lines. Now you can get back to front lines and continue the fight, or get overheal and/or ammo and then go the front lines
Personally I like to play the "Support-Scoot" when I go scout. As in I load up with the Mistake-Of-Nature, Mad Milk, and Fan-O'-War. Doing what a scout does and balancing time on the flanks and main areas for the most part. Targeting heavies or medics while yeeting milk at groups, burning teammates, or a Mann+Medic combo.
one of your last points, you might have bad experience with anime pic as beeing humorless. But i myself and most people i have meet with those kind of pics were the most chill i have seen. We defentily can take a joke and join any conga line of the enemy or partner taunt mid fight if we have the chance
The first thing on my mind when I downloaded tf2 a few weeks ago was 'I'm gonna main this german guy'. Haven't tried any other class yet after 100h because medic is just so fun to play for me, but I'm thinking of trying out Spy, Huntsman, Pybro, and Demoknights someday

When I started playing I was a spy main ( still am ) but I am so thankful I played against the bots for at least the first few weeks of playing before going into a casual match
As a all 9 main, Whenever I am a scout and have mad milk I usually put any of my team members out if they are on fire, I am not a bad/mean scout, I do like to help my team out I also don't steal health packs from my team and if I do I usually say sorry, But hopefully new scouts won't take health packs from others unless they really need them like if they have very low health. I love playing as any class that is needed, still need to learn to use airblast more for pyro
I am a team player, I tend to play support no matter what class, I help my team to win because I know that my aim is shit and I can't just go rambo mode in the other team
I just love to see casual guys who don't take game too seriously On my team, or on enemy's.. I don't care. These chill, funny guys who can do funny shenanigans and aren't toxic.

Honestly people never switching their main is such a bad habit and is lot of times handicapping your team. Like I understand that you need to be the 4th sniper on the team to collect your epic clips for your frag montage, but this game is called Team Fortress 2 and being the 4th sniper on the team when we don't have a medic is really bad (not mentioning there's always at least on bottomscroing spy)
Funnily enough the most fun I've had on medic was 1v1ing a good scout, even though I kept losing the fight I was never disheartened and I eventually did get him. I'm an experienced player (12k) and I love learning more about the classes I'm already decently good at!
in my experience there are lots of banner soldiers on the us servers. lots of conch users, they seem to love the heath gain and low damage required to charge it up.
I remember when i played for the 1st time, i tried everyone, but spy seduced me, and so i learned to get good at spy, and now im a very good spy, but i still have things to learn (btw, i dont play spy if there is already a decent spy or 3 clueless spy on my team)
Engineer player are W especially on harvest. what is not W is that they sometimes begin to build on the dem moon because the cart was like 1% to its next checkpoint
I went Medic first when starting tf2 as I am aware that I was not good at aiming, and usually picked healers anyway because of that(my reasoning for maining healing classes in games now have changed, but that’s how it started)
As someone who plays basically every class sans Medic and Spy, I find that as a Pyro part of my job just includes extinguishing people, it just comes naturally Also my main Soldier loadout uses the Battalion's, because it's pretty damn good

I had a new medic named hackedmojo pocket me on a moossrock match while i was playing pyro and they helped me pubstomp the match which was one of the only times i loved tf2 as of recent.
I know it's bait, but like, 80% of tf2 players are furries, flag havers, or both; it's more likely to be general toxicity you're seeing since so many players are in those groups already

Skilled medic always manages to keep his team alive with heals and crossbow bolts. A god-tier medic can somehow do the same thing by killing anyone that threatens his patients with the suringe gun, while also giving them heals when needed…
Cart hevys is not that great, it usualy ends with a steamrole or stacking engie. 1 is ok but multiple is just ass to fight against and makes people switch to sniper
I picked up medic because I cant aim and can't really improve due to having a shitty laptop, but then people started praising me and suddenly I've been getting 40k heals on every upward game

Man I've got furry and a flag in my pfp, I must be the antichrist! But for real, I don't get mad at people trying to make jokes, and the best jokes are often risque. However there's too many people that only know one joke, and that joke is either "haha, aren't minorities worse than us?" or just a slur. Those are the people that piss me off. Also I'm often just chilling trying to play TF2 to relax and some jerk comes in the server and starts being an asshole to me or tries to kick me for being queer even though I haven't said a single word in voice or chat. Like screw off, I'm just trying to exist.

Rocket jumping was really hard for me and I watched countless videos on it. But I went to a tc2 video on, not tf2 video, and it helped me a lot. I play both tc2 on roblox and tf2,they're both amazing games and I think that for a video you should try typical colours two. :3

Another example is your health is low and you retreat to the back lines to nearest medic, dispenser, or health kit, costing your team to have to fight temporarily with one less player in the front lines for any where from a few seconds to about 20-30-ish seconds when medic crossbow restoring either most of your health or to full, greatly reducing your time away from the front lines. Now you can get back to front lines and continue the fight, or get overheal and/or ammo and then go the front lines

Personally I like to play the "Support-Scoot" when I go scout. As in I load up with the Mistake-Of-Nature, Mad Milk, and Fan-O'-War. Doing what a scout does and balancing time on the flanks and main areas for the most part. Targeting heavies or medics while yeeting milk at groups, burning teammates, or a Mann+Medic combo.

one of your last points, you might have bad experience with anime pic as beeing humorless. But i myself and most people i have meet with those kind of pics were the most chill i have seen. We defentily can take a joke and join any conga line of the enemy or partner taunt mid fight if we have the chance

When I started playing I was a spy main ( still am ) but I am so thankful I played against the bots for at least the first few weeks of playing before going into a casual match
As a all 9 main, Whenever I am a scout and have mad milk I usually put any of my team members out if they are on fire, I am not a bad/mean scout, I do like to help my team out
I also don't steal health packs from my team and if I do I usually say sorry, But hopefully new scouts won't take health packs from others unless they really need them like if they have very low health.
I love playing as any class that is needed, still need to learn to use airblast more for pyro
I am a team player, I tend to play support no matter what class, I help my team to win because I know that my aim is shit and I can't just go rambo mode in the other team
I just love to see casual guys who don't take game too seriously
On my team, or on enemy's.. I don't care.

I’ve had some pretty golden chat conversation throughout my videos. When I edit, the video is too small and I can’t actually see what they’re saying. So I don’t know what they’re saying until the videos posted.
Honestly people never switching their main is such a bad habit and is lot of times handicapping your team. Like I understand that you need to be the 4th sniper on the team to collect your epic clips for your frag montage, but this game is called Team Fortress 2 and being the 4th sniper on the team when we don't have a medic is really bad (not mentioning there's always at least on bottomscroing spy)
Funnily enough the most fun I've had on medic was 1v1ing a good scout, even though I kept losing the fight I was never disheartened and I eventually did get him.
I'm an experienced player (12k) and I love learning more about the classes I'm already decently good at!
in my experience there are lots of banner soldiers on the us servers. lots of conch users, they seem to love the heath gain and low damage required to charge it up.

I went Medic first when starting tf2 as I am aware that I was not good at aiming, and usually picked healers anyway because of that(my reasoning for maining healing classes in games now have changed, but that’s how it started)
As someone who plays basically every class sans Medic and Spy, I find that as a Pyro part of my job just includes extinguishing people, it just comes naturally
Also my main Soldier loadout uses the Battalion's, because it's pretty damn good

I had a new medic named hackedmojo pocket me on a moossrock match while i was playing pyro and they helped me pubstomp the match which was one of the only times i loved tf2 as of recent.

at least I try to, whenever someone dies from afterburn because I was a little too slow on getting and aiming my mad milk a piece of my soul dies
edit: also the cooldown is a bit long for me tbh, which is why I don't extinguish at times, I don't have milk, which is one of the main reasons people die before I could extinguish.
Skilled medic always manages to keep his team alive with heals and crossbow bolts.
A god-tier medic can somehow do the same thing by killing anyone that threatens his patients with the suringe gun, while also giving them heals when needed…

Man I've got furry and a flag in my pfp, I must be the antichrist! But for real, I don't get mad at people trying to make jokes, and the best jokes are often risque. However there's too many people that only know one joke, and that joke is either "haha, aren't minorities worse than us?" or just a slur. Those are the people that piss me off. Also I'm often just chilling trying to play TF2 to relax and some jerk comes in the server and starts being an asshole to me or tries to kick me for being queer even though I haven't said a single word in voice or chat. Like screw off, I'm just trying to exist.
