Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully I can keep improving the production quality. The workflow changes are helping. Now to get my 360 cam sent out for a lens repair.

Just a little comment on riding with worn tires. I’ve seeing people use them till you can see the bead. However, if you get into an accident, and the insurance adjuster sees that you have worn tires, they will do their best to make sure that you are at fault

your bike started good today. what you think? do you think the air filter helped or did you get a tank of bad gas? wouldnt hurt to change the spark plug (even though that may not do anything)

It's been happier since the fresh gas. I have stuck with 89 for now but at some point I'll test again with some premium just to see if that was it. I'll hold off on the spark plug, that's not a super easy change so until I need to...
I think the air filter helped the bike overall, but I'm not sure it did anything for the starting. It was already happier before I got to the filter swap.

What is the tail bag that you've installed?

I'm using the Nelson Rigg Commuter Sport, which is the middle size for that series. I've been using it for a year now and it's holding up well. I replaced the pulls on the zippers with paracord. I also sprayed it with a silicone waterproofing spray so I don't need to use the cover. That won't keep everything perfectly dry in a full on downpour if you're out long, but it works for my commute to work.
It gets my top mark for an item like this. If I damage or lose this one I'd probably just buy the same exact thing rather than spend time shopping for an alternative. There are fancier options, but they cost a lot more. There are cheaper options but you give up a lot of functionality. They got the features, size and price just right in my opinion. If you want it to fit more nicely on most small sport bikes, the Lite model is better, but this one isn't bad and gives me extra space.

@@Remymoto nice. Thanks for the reply. Im from india and here I love Via Terra options. I have a rear rack installed from HT exhaust and then a Via Terra seaty installed over the rack. Moreover I have viaterra handlebar trail pack, bobo mobile holder in my recently purchased 300R. All indian make yet sturdy ones.

I actually like the sound track for the bike. My main objection to the exhaust is the look, but I can't see it when I'm riding so... I can't remember which one it was, but only one of the popular aftermarket options even sounded decent to me and it was a full system. It was only slightly better than the stock for the sound and the power gains were minimal. It just wasn't worth the money to me. Too many of the other options just make it sound like a fart can. There's only so much they can do with a small single cylinder bike. :)
