By God you got the sound and the techniques absolutely nailed on this one, especially Kieth's part. That's how he did it and that's how it's done. That muted staccato shuffle sound is all over Exile on Main Street. Tumbling Dice, All Down the Line, others, Kieth was obviously really into it during the Exile sessions. It's not as easy as it looks to do right but you got it spot on here.

Imagine! This is not Keith & Mick Taylor on guitar. It’s Mick Jagger & Mick Taylor on the guitars! That great open-G rhythm part is Jagger. People don’t think about how Jagger learned open-G at the same time Keith did, and this is Jagger’s personal best when it comes to his playing the groovy rhythm guitar. To the best of my knowledge, Keith isn’t on the track at all.

You should tour with a group dedicated to Stones Songs , especially the ones they never play on the Radio songs from 1968-1978 , but my best Stones era 1968 -1975 with Mick Taylor n Wayne Perkins playing on Black n Blue

I wonder if there is a way, maybe some website, that lists songs the Stones played in regular tuning-or maybe if it's less- open tuning-I wonder what the first song was that they did with open tuning. Did the Beatles ever do this?

First song they did in open tunning is difficult to know...Probably "Jumping Jack Flash & Child Of The Moon" ... Or maybe "Jigsaw Puzzle" during the Satanic Sessions

What are you doing on the rythym guitar? I assume it's open g, but are you simply hammering on on open d string 3rd fret and 2nd fret open g?
Yes.
Also You can vary the speed of videos on UA-cam (slower or faster) by adjusting the settings at the bottom right of the video playback bar.
I never really gave this song a chance! Clearly a mistake! Then again I remember skipping over Loving Cup and going straight to "Happy" if u could imagine that!!
