Hey.... Do you guys think Kanon is a better player than Jaxson Robinson? Having watched all of BYU's games last years I was NOT impressed with Jaxson Robinson too much. Jaxson has a sweet shot but I wouldn't say he could create his own shots, drive the lane nor had dynamic movement on the perimeter. He didn't need much of that with players like Saunders and Hall's ability to create space for Robinson. His ball handling was mediocre at best. I was sad to see Noah Waterman go as Noah IMO had similar skills to Jaxson and had a bigger upside because he could play down low as well...
Waterman also had a tendency to disappear in important games. Robinson was one of the more consistent shooters on the team. Ideally a guy like Kanon would stay consistent in a tourney setting, but have more scoring abilities than Robinson.
@@ChrisGibby-ni2fe yeah, that's true. Waterman did indeed seem to get lost in big moments. That though is probably a confidence problem and hopefully can be corrected as he moves forward at Louisville... Frankly? It will be interesting to see how Pope treats Jaxon at Kentucky. Jaxon needs to start to up his Draft stock and Pope is already comfortable relegating him to a 6th man roll. Should be interesting....
It’s funny how you guys predict and report more accurately than local BYU MBB reporters. Great show guys. We need to get you guys hooked up with BYU swag bags.
Don't think Tennessee is in the picture anymore. From what I've read today it's now NC State alongside FSU and BYU as the top 3 and sounds like he's visiting those other two as the week goes on. Also, Criddle is a BYU football alum that hosts his own radio show and runs a few other businesses. He tweets all sorts of stuff to hype up BYU fans that follow up and to create conversation for his social followers and radio show. Don't take most of what he tweets as any sort of insider info. Also...if you're a recruit...if you have a choice between taking a little less in NIL up front for a program that gives you a chance at better NBA development and preparation that increases chances of getting a bigger payday in NBA, do you choose the latter?
as a BYU fan, im hoping we can score Kanon and AJ, i try not to be biased in my opinions for BYU but if we can get both then i think we are possibly an Elite 8 team, our roster depth is already crazy and it’s only going to get crazier
Another great show. BYU fans are definitely starting to pay attention to your channel. Well done 👍🏽

The Criddler was a legendary BYU DB back in the day.
I was looking for an update.. thanks. Hopefully he signs with BYU within the next few days. Excited to see what happens.

Can you imagine Kanon, Egor and AJ on the same team? Wow.
@@BlueAltaMultimedia again, i don’t wanna be biased, but that is definitely a Big 12 championship team, if not we get top 3 in the conference
Seems like Byu might have upgraded at head coach lmao
Young ain't worse than Pope, for sure. But Pope was a winner too.
@@ralpholmo3611 Pope didn’t win anything

Visiting N.C. STATE this weekend…has a team mate at State in Trey Parker.State has playing time available for a stretch 4
ESPN + will have the games
Come be the 10th scholarship at Arkansas.
Ben Criddle played football at BYU, he’s a homer, but that does not mean he isn’t in the know.
Go Cougs!
Leaving Purdue to go to BYU would make no sense
Except if he wants better coaching and NBA development BYU is the better option
Also his former coach at Overtime Elite is at BYU.
Better league, more money, more playing time, nba coach, former coach on staff
@@coolkat6728hilarious to see byu fan bois coming in hot out of nowhere, claiming mark pope is a disaster, byu good, everything uk bad
