      Good to know. Mine goes up to 120/80 at dr office. Way higher than my normal.

    I relate to the person who asked about high numbers in blood pressure when having your BP taken in the doctor's office!!! Mine was always high in those instances. I read about a breathing exercise to calm the "stress" level. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds & exhale for 8 seconds. I do this on repeat four times. IT REALLY DOES BRING DOWN THE BLOOD PRESSURE!!!!

    So sorry you have a cold Kathy…hope you feel better soon…I totally appreciate Stacy and her support shes gives to us all❤️just heard Dr. Mcdougal passed away on 6/22…???oh no..so sad…he was a great man and Dr. with a higher purpose in life…sending love to his family and crew that worked with him❤️🙏❤️

    Great video!!!! Especially the information about sleep! I'm having issues with my sleep as well. I'm nearly 70, and for the last couple of years, I fall asleep on the couch.....and I'm usually up until 2 to 4 a.m. I'll sleep until about 10:30....but I also get tired in the afternoon & end up taking a nap. Caught between a rock and a hard place.

    great information again to put into practice. I enjoyed the point about as we lose weight we get smaller so we need less calories. I have found that to be true. thank you so much

    This video from dr Fuhrman on chef AJ today answered my question that I asked Stacey previously of why vegans can have low WBC counts.
