Hi Eina, How do you plan your switzerland trip? How do you know which hotel to book and train passes to purchase? I'm also planning to solo travel to switzerland this year. :)
I read a lot of blogs and vlogs. Then I mark the places in Google Maps, read reviews. Honestly, it took months to plan my trip because I wanted to do it my own way - not rushed but still see the best spots. I wasn’t able to visit all because of time and weather. But because I read and watched a lot of videos, I had backup plans. For hotels, I booked via Agoda and used the Map feature to see which hotel is closest to the center or train station. Location is very important for me. I don’t agree on saving money by staying far from center but losing valuable time traveling but to each his own. Again, read reviews. Transportation, the same. I didn’t rely on vlogs. I also checked the SBB website and downloaded the SBB app before the trip so I knew how to use it. Since my trip was concentrated on the Jungfrau Region, I went with the Berner Oberland Pass upon research since it covered the gondolas as well. Good luck and enjoy your trip! 🙂
Hi, I didn’t use STP. I bought Berner Oberland Pass which covers the gondolas to Mürren, and discounted rate for cable cars from Mürren to Schiltorn. I know that STP only includes discounted rate for gondolas.
Hi! I had a Berner Oberland Pass so I didn’t pay any so I’m not sure how much for individual tickets. I suggest checking the BLS website for the schedule and ticket price as it may have also changed. Thanks and enjoy your trip! 🙂
Hi Enia…the video is very interesting, I will follow your journey this February
Thanks! 🙏🏼

How long is the bus ride from Lauterbrunnen to trummelbach falls?
The bus ride only takes probably 15 minutes. Then you need to walk to the falls.
