Yeah the ai never impresses around ledges . Basically anything in the game that moves is prone to ignore ledge in favor of taking the most direct path to kill u even if there isn't a path
@@popche7925 yeah and any boss with a grab attack will also have a follow up animation that will clip him through a wall to fall to death out of bounds...
@@popche7925 Ornstein, the centipede demon are both easy to find examples . You lose any drops that dont automatically go into your inventory so the leo ring Ornstein has wouldn't be accessible but the burnt orange ring gets put in automatically when he dies or you can get early by cutting his tail .
Damn that's cool! What I like about souls games is exactly this, knowing that there a like a billion things that I still don't know about them after playing almost all of them, be it game breaks, lore, bugs or items etc.
Just yesterday, i summoned bashful ray in amana shrine for a good 1 min before plunging to his death on the ledges as he cant seem to find a way around a walkway.
In DS1 it happens when you trick enemies into attacking near a ledge. In DS2 they die because they walk off a ledge while chasing you without you even doing anything
