You are obviously not afraid to work! I've been walking a mile while wearing a 25# vest, and fancy that my feet/ankles/legs are much stronger. Your examples all-ways inspire!
I know you didn't do this to impress anyone, but you are impressive, inspiring and admirable...now I need to go work out (73yr old) and do more! Thank you, Master ❤❤❤
You're awesome Randall. I'm 67, was doing a fair number of dips then let it go to rest my elbows. You've inspired me to use my dip bar again for more than a clothes hanger.

Walking a mile with 25 pounds is no easy feat! Makes me tire, just thinking about it!
Well done Randall! Very strong- especially at 77! More power to you! 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks. Actually it was from watching you do weighted dips that got me trying it out!LOL. Keep up the great work!
@@randallfung5457 Right on! I knew we would be great training partners! Much respect!

You can do it!
wow! that's pretty good. I've been using my dip station regularly but for now my weight is enough resistance! (5'9 -210 lb) Thank you for posting!
If you can do dips weighing 210 pounds, that is really commendable!
@@randallfung5457 Thank you! I can do about 10-12 repetitions without a lot of strain, I'm hoping I can add 1-2 repetitions before years end
@@rauljasso1536 Great, that is really excellent!
Great training Sir.
Much appreciated. I've been watching many of your videos. We have similar thoughts about the practice. Your form is excellent!
@@randallfung5457 Thank you Sir that is very kind of you to say to me.
