It’s weird to say ik, but ratirl is just like any other good twitch player when it comes to kiting. It’s not his kiting that makes him great at the game, it’s his game sense, decision making, being able to predict very well, his positioning and a few other things. Low bobs who don’t play twitch would call me delusional, but I’m just as good at kiting as ratirl, it’s the other stuff I can’t do nearly as well.
He also just perfectly knows his damage and what he can and cant do. I think a major factor in his kiting that a lot of players cant replicate is his flashing/galeforcing in some situations.
pretty sure its 95% mechanics and almost no decision making. He even says himself that he just perma fights and makes stupid calls that lose him games but his mechanics are that good that he can outplay a lot of the situations that his champ shouldn't allow when played by the average player.

I think that what makes him good at kiting is that he dodges everything, not like other people that just kite fast but dont really look where theyre moving (thats what happens to me)
