The Last Faith is an exploration-based Metroidvania, action side-scrolling platformer with dark and gothic horror themes at its core.

@@orion_x-000 lords of shadow was a crap built from DMC, Ghost rider, God of war. LOS story is not connected to any of the Castlevania games.
Its like Simphony of the Night and Blasphemous have a son! I love it!

@@tek3576the parry mechanic in this game is very similar to bloodborne's. Put your weapon on fire or on electricity looks similar to bloodborne but yet.. this game looks really promising I like it

Do you really think this game seems like Bloodborne just because there're guns on it? Du, are you kidding? The whole aesthetic of the settings and world-building basically scream "I'm Bloodborne" everywhere with its dark gotic aesthetic and the bluish-themed color palette... even the main character and monster designs seem like those of Bloodborne lel and you talk about "guns".
I like how so many people compare it to other games for the most minute reasons. Guns = Bloodborne, sprites = blasphemous etc. Smh Here's my take, guns, must be like call of duty, swords, must be like Skyrim, dark gothic like atmosphere, must be like resident evil 8. With that said, I know I will not be disappointed going in with those expectations 👍😉

So, are some of these scenes eventually coming to the game? There were some really cool enemies on here and I wish the swinging thing was still included. The grappling hook doesn’t look as cool.
This trailer was a bit more night time/goth looking than the game is now.
Very true, most of the things in the trailer got scrapped and it's pretty disappointing. There were so many cool things.

Not gonna lie, this is probably my most anticipated game that i’ve been waiting to release on steam. I love metroidvania games, but none of the games have had Castlevania vibes, and this one just hit all the right spots.

This is a guaranteed purchase from me. I don’t get excited for games much anymore after getting burned by major releases so many times (MGSV broke me), but the indie scene has really gripped me. Just got a Switch, so this and Hollow Knight Silksong are my two most anticipated titles this year,
