Path2Green Basics for Care Partner Support Group Members

For the three summer 2024 meetings of our Caregiver Support Group I’ve partnered with Delaney Metcalf, an MD/MPH student in the AU/UGA Medical Partnership program. Delaney has a special interest in geriatric medicine and a good deal of experience and training in a program called Path2Green, co-developed by Dr. Cathy Snapp (AU/UGA faculty member). The program is designed to teach practical skills that build emotional resilience and help facilitate wellbeing during times of chronic stress, and we thought it could be an especially helpful framework and set of tools for those in a caregiving role.
