BAHAMIAN CASSAVA BREAD | BAHAMIAN COOKING
Ingredients
3 sticks cassava (2 cups grated cassava and squeezed)
1 1/4 flour
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 stick melted butter
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
1 cup milk
*Follow the video and allow to bake in a preheated over at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until inserted object comes out clean.

Another one of my favorites. This bread could be served with stews, souses or as a snack. Enjoy it's very tasty.

I made this recipe this morning and it came out great. Everyone loved it!! I substituted the butter with oil and because i didnt have coconut, I substituted that portion with more cassava!
