- Kidney disease is a common problem affecting about 10% of the world’s population. #Kidneys are responsible for filtering waste products, releasing hormones that regulate blood pressure, balancing fluids in the body, & producing urine. Follow a kidney-friendly diet called renal diet. Restrict the following nutrients: #Sodium , #Potassium , #Phosphorus , #Protein
20 of the best foods for people with kidney disease:
1. #CAULIFLOWER : is a nutritious vegetable that’s a good source of vit. C, vit. K, & the B vit. folate. It’s also full of anti-inflammatory compounds like indoles & is an excellent source of fiber.
2. #BLUBERRIES : are one of the best sources of antioxidants you can eat, esp. antioxidants called anthocyanins, which may protect against heart disease, certain cancers, cognitive decline, & diabetes.
3. #SEA_BASS (Bhetki in Bengal & Narimeen in Kerala) : high quality protein that contains omega-3s. Omega-3s help reduce inflammation & may help decrease the risk of cognitive decline, depression, & anxiety. Sea bass contains lower amounts of phosphorus than other seafood.
4. #RED GRAPES : are delicious & are high in vit. C & antioxidants called flavonoids, which reduce inflammation. Additionally, red grapes are high in resveratrol, that benefits heart health & protect against diabetes & cognitive decline.
5. #EGG_WHITES : Although egg yolks are very nutritious, they contain low amounts of phosphorus. Egg whites provide a high quality, kidney-friendly source of protein. Plus, they’re an excellent choice for people on dialysis who have higher protein needs.
6. #GARLIC : provides a delicious alternative to salt, adding flavor to dishes while providing nutritional benefits. Good source of manganese, vit. C, & vit. B6 & contains sulfur compounds that are anti-inflammatory.
7. #BUCKWHEAT : is highly nutritious, providing a good amount of B vit.s, magnesium, iron, & fiber. It is a gluten-free grain, making buckwheat a good choice for people with celiac disease/gluten intolerance.
8. #OLIVE OIL : is a healthy source of fat & is phosphorus-free. The majority of fat is a MUFA called oleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties. MUFA are stable at high temperatures, making olive oil a healthy choice.

15. #MACADAMIA NUTS : Most nuts are high in phosphorus & not recommended for those following a renal diet. However, macadamia nuts are much lower in phosphorus than peanuts & almonds. Packed with healthy fats, B vit.s, magnesium, copper, iron, & manganese.

Respected/ Dr. Sarosh Sir...Aaj अचानक ये व्हिडिओ देखने को मिला...मेरे वाइफ को ( रेनल सेल्स कार्सिनोमा ) किडनी का कॅन्सर लास्ट स्टेज का huwa था. लेफ्ट किडनी निकाल दी..अब उसे एक ही किडनी हैं !!!! वो अब damage हो रही है..बार बार Urine me इन्फेक्शन हो रहा है.. हिमोग्लोबिन कम हो जाता है.. Creatinine badh जाता है.... अब बहोत तकलीफ हैं...ये Vedio dekh k mai use सही तरह से खाना/ Fruits दे सकता hu... Thanks Sir... बहुत Achchi तरह से आप ने सब समझाया हैं....
