  • • First Amendment Audit.... 👈this link is to the original video. In the original,I had a conversation with the mayor and the chief of police about the violations that took place against me from Ofc Roberts and Sgt Hartman. So this new video is a follow up to that. (And it’s 2 for 1 today) And I went back down to the Waukegan police department to follow up with Deputy chief Neal about the comments Ofc Ferdina made at the child support that day.(I’ll link that description in the comments)

A good police officer should most DEFINITELY stop a bad police officer unless they themselves want to look like a bad police officer as well.💯
    Great job again James.!! 💪🏻🇺🇲

The Chiefs secretary straight up lied. She knows good and well that the Chief was probably back there in his office dodging you. I guarantee that if the Mayor needed to meet with the Chief she would schedule a meeting or even use her personal phone to call the a Chief and let him know the Mayor wanted a sit down. They don’t want to speak with you because they know you are exposing their department. Keep up the awesome work James!

So the deputy chief claims that this officer did not violate policy but in the very next instant admits that he was not acting in a professional manner which means he was at minimum violating a policy which in Illinois is violating a state law called misconduct in public office. His policy dictates his duties to him so therefore if he violates his policy he is refusing to follow a duty of his job which constitutes misconduct in public office a felony charge in Illinois I know this for a fact because I have looked it up for Illinois considering I am in Wisconsin and plan to audit in Illinois.

The biggest difference in that officer's analogy is if a plumber comes to your house and does a poor job every other plumber says that plumber did a poor job and offers to come and fix it for you.... When a police officer does a bad job every other officer backs him up lies on reports falsifies evidence gives false testimony and tries to vilify the wronged citizen. Then the DA's and judges and unions back their malfeasance as well.

If there was 5 plumbers working together and 1 was a bad plumber, as in did more damage than fixing. The other 4 plumbers would either teach him to be a better plumber or he would be fired. They wouldn't cover for him and tell the customer, "Everything he did was fine, he did everything to code" and then let him keep doing the same on future jobs. If a plumber has a bad Yelp review, you can choose a different plumber. If you call the cops, you get what you get and there is no situation a bad cop can't make worse.

The Constitution’s basic purpose was to equalize the obtuse power of government institutions against the individual.
If only police could understand the basic problem with abusing the magnifying of their governmental power to act without the limits of law. This obtuse power is entrusted to every police officer to do horrific violent crimes under cover of law. This obtuse and violent power must be limited and restrained as a last resort.
Aggressive police that obviously abuse that power, including those that violate rights with lies, threats, manipulations and unlawful directives; should always be immediately removed from their entitled and dangerous position to be above the laws that govern the rest of us. Once they break that oath and abuse that sacred trust and abuse and violate the public-they, in fact, should be punished severely to "the fullest extent of the law" like they always like to say.

You asked one of the perfect questions for the scenario why do police never get life or the death penalty when they are sentence for these heinous crimes. Especially when they are killing somebody unlawfully and by doing so they are depriving that individual of their right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness which are civil rights meaning these individuals committed Federal felonies that hold a maximum sentence of life in prison or the death penalty. So why are these charges not brought and these sentences ever handed down properly to these domestic terrorists

This episode reminds me of Ice Cube’s 1995 movie GLASS SHIELD. Police departments had the opportunity to throughly vet officers. Around the country we are seeing more “whistle-blowers”. Some of them even killed. A former police officer that spoke out and STAYED vocal about officers criminal misconduct was found dead in his drive way. His family says it’s foul play. This is happening more often with officers, judges and other elected officials. It is a result of enabling.
Every deed carries a consequence especially when the deeds are because of culpable and voluntary ignorance.
Gs up to you, sir! Peace to Tyrant Terminator Audits…

"Serpico" was a 1973 film based on the true story of a NYPD officer that when he found corruption and reported on it, his life became in danger. It still holds up well today.
Things have been bad for a LLLOOOONNNNGGGG time.
