A judge has no authority outside of the courtroom. None, zero, nada.
Exactly, that’s just like a School teacher telling a student he can’t chew gum outside of school…lol those rules only imply in the classroom
That nasty passive aggressive woman should be fired immediately!
Exactly
How do you figure? I would bet you don't even know what her actual duties involve, or how well she performs them. You say that because a frauditor hunting for confrontation approached and she didn't back down. You ignore the editing the frauditor did to eliminate evidence of how he got into that office, which was through a locked door one has to be buzzed in. That means it isn't a publically accessible space.
I'm guessing there was an intercom and the frauditor lied to get through the door.
A woman standing up to a beta male attempting to act alpha does not make her nasty, she just proved she was smarter than he was.
James...get Amy Gallow in all of the official legal trouble she should be in for absolutely and directly REFUSING to let you do your FOIA request at the entrance to that department SHE clearly stated SHE is in charge of. Better yet James, get her FIRED if you can, because that is what she truly deserves to have happen to her after she SAW AND HEARD the cop NOT make you leave OR shut off your camera in the public areas (in accordance with the LAW in Illinois). No one who watched what took place with Amy could reasonably argue what she did was reasonable, professional, doing her job or LEGAL under FEDERAL or STATE LAW. Citizens DO NOT need someone like her sucking up their tax dollars while acting like she did, like a wannabe-tryant who thinks she gets to control others.
Definitely not letting this one go
Gottal love a sign that says no photography while simultaneously having a QR code that the sign tells you to scan it.
Yup fire AMY GALLOW MORE entitled government workers that need to be done ASAP!
Amy needs to Be Terminated and her Pension Revoked and Sued
Absolutely brilliant Amy,s face is EXPOSED for EVERYONE to see 🤳,,Karen amy hated the fact she was in the wrong,🤬
Amy Gallow is acting entitled. She thinks she can tell someone to leave for no reason and they need to leave. You can video in that building just not inside the court room. Fire Amy Gallow. A judge does not make law. Here comes this stupid cop that says he follows rules. He is dumb on camera admitting he follows rules. Just lost qualified immunity. We the people follow laws not rules. Just left 1 star review.
i love how you dont back down
I think it’s hilarious that there’s a QR code, which requires a person to use their cell phone camera, on the “no photography” sign at the door?! 😂
Fire Amy Gallow!
Immediately
Amy gwallows....
Oh, Amy. Do better.😂
Amy does not understand peoples rights
Amy is way too comfortable in her position where she violates ppl Rights , and should leave public service
Amy needs fired.. im going to file a complaint online. And i just called and voiced my concerns
Thanks alot for the support
😂

She also needs Botox. Why they keep hiring these dumb blondes is a mystery to me. There are not very smart people working for the state. Being smart and Intelligent are two very different things. Have you ever seen the "college students can't answer simple questions"?
For example: A surgeon goes to school for a long time to be able to do what they do, but even though they can do what a lot of people can't, if they aren't able to or know how to change a flat tire, does that really make them smart because they can do one thing very good? Someone smart to me is someone that has many skills and has common sense.
Amy took a FOIA request on camera. She called the cops, I guess to get a citizen arrested. After confirmation it was legal to film in the building she refused to accept the second FOIA. She's evil and of course unprofessional.
AMY needs a job in burger King 🤴
Burger King would not take her, she could not handle the pressure
Public servant delusion. Keep educating these public officials!
The judge that made the policy is truly the one that needs to be removed from service.
actually, no. Courts, as determined by the Supreme Court of the United States determined that courts are not a traditional public forum. They recognize that, especially family court, cases may involve minors or juveniles, who require additional protection of their identity, and any mental trauma releasing their identity may have. In addition, even adults who are defendants are entitled to be considered innocent until.proven guilty, and since frauditors lack any thought or consideration of others, do not take the reputation of others into account. Then you have witnesses, who may not be known to the public, and their identity necessary to be protected. You have undercover officers who must be there to testify, and their identity remained confidential for their own safety when performing their job. Then you have all the conversations that take place between a defendant and their attorney outside of the courts in which the frauditor is not a party too, but his microphone doesn't edit those conversations out, and recording another's private conversation is illegal in many states. Illinois is a 2 party consent state for instance, and has laws against "eavesdropping" via electronic devices.
@@joelgraham6820 bring them in through the Sallyport. It’s not the public’s responsibility to create privacy. Is a member of the public can be in a place where they can see them with their own eyes then it’s their right to record them. He could always Foia the courthouse camera records and get the footage so what’s the difference, Karen?
@@stomper2582 You are correct that it isn't the public responsibility to create privacy, it is the Court's. Guess what. They do so by restricting recording within the courthouse.
As I mentioned, one reason they do this is for the protection of witnesses, as well as juveniles, who have to appear for court proceedings. This is to avoid a chance that witnesses and juveniles aren't identified and potentially subject to intimidation, or worse. Your "rights" to record stuff does not trump their safety.
As I also mentioned, much information is shared between a defendant and their attorney. The confidentially rights between an attorney and their client is also not lesser than your desire to be able to record for no real purpose.
You, like other moron frauditors, keep saying things like "you can't trespass my eyes or ears". However, as the Supreme Court has mentioned in their opinions to cases, your eyes and ears cannot zoom in, or enhance a sound to make it more clear from a distance, and they definitely cannot record. What your eyes and ears see and hear cannot be spread across the internet, turning someone else's personal business into public information.
Yes, you can FOIA the security footage from a courthouse, but that footage will be subject to redaction in order to protect the identities of those I've mentioned, and they will most likely not contain any audio.
What you fail to understand, or care to at least, is that there is no legitimate purpose to film in a courthouse outside of someone attempting to prove they can. Any authentic purpose someone, like an actual news organization, would have to record in a courthouse for news purposes of public interest, they would petition with the courts to be allowed to do so, as listed in the procedures of the court. Real news organizations realize this, and the moralistic purposes restrictions are in place.
That's the thing with these frauditors running around like jack asses recording everywhere. It serves no actual purpose except for a frauditor to entice reactions to create content for their UA-cam grift. An average person has no reason to record in the places the frauditors try to, especially when there to partake in the offered services themselves. The average person respects the privacy of others so in return their privacy will be respected. This is in contrast to frauditors, who, although they choose to make themselves a public figure, whine, complain, act like babies, and attempt to retaliate against anyone who even reveals their real name. Quite the hypocrisy.
@@stomper2582 One last thing. You stated "it's their right to record them", which is untrue. The actual "first amendment right to record" is based on the freedom of speech and expression clause of the constitution. The Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly, under the public forum docturine, that freedom of speech is not absolute, and not free to exercise anywhere people wish, especially when that freedom is for commercial purposes.
Instead of trying to twist the constitution and laws to fit your purposes, try actually reading them and understanding them. Basing your understanding by what frauditors are saying is flawed, because they also don't understand the actual rights and laws, and they lie frequently, which is why we call them frauditors.
Ignorance and privilege combined...... wtf
Looking forward to the follow up visit on Amy. She needs to be put in check the way she acts out of pocket!
It's called entitlement.
Definitely
They locked the door😂😂😂😂 These people truly are terrified of the public because of all the grief they cause.
@ 6:11 The NO PHOTOGRAPHY sign has a QR code which encourages people to use their smartphone’s camera inside the facility 😂‼️
More QR Codes @ 8:59
@13:41 The officer points out the POLICY for NO PHOTOGRAPHY but fails to acknowledge the QR Code that encourages the public to USE their camera in this facility.
If they have QR Codes inside their facility than it is of course NOT against their POLICY or ILLEGAL to photograph or record video inside that facility smh 🤦♂️
@@Legato6669😂😂😂😂😂😂 YOU'RE RIGHT!
Amy’s FLAT ASS is cracking me up 😂😂😂
😂
Pancake booty Amy
She stands there and watches the deputy not enforce their rule but then tells you you can't be in her office because of her rule or policy
Shameful
Ms. Amy Gallows needs to be reported on and complaint filed to her supervisor and the state for violation of FOIA law. These public servants think that they are privileged and above the law, yet they are duty bound and obligated to honorably serve the public citizens which that is the privilege!
Exactly
They will investigate themselves and find no wrong.
That Exactly True friend
Yep chief didn’t care at all
The Handcuffs need to be put on Amy, filing a False Police Report is a Crime
Amy needs to be fired immediately
How can you scan the code without using a camera?😁
Exactly
Even in the courtroom we are supposed to be able to record for our personal documentation. What sense does it make for me to be able to attend court which can lead to a ruling against me, but I can’t record to review said case for myself? Yea right that’s unconstitutional.
It’s a courthouse not YOUR house
Look at the smug smile at 13:15 by the security person in the blue shirt when police showed up at the door. He seemed to really enjoy his job trying to unlawfully hem up citizens.
Amy Gallow needs to hear from the people. She seems to be extremely uneducated. I wonder what else Amy does to the public, who are not able to capture her ignorance on camera. These people seem to have a touch of something else that needs to be fixed as well. I’m sure they were “raised that way” . They have a false sense of superiority.
We need to stop funding these public servants if they refuse to serve the public
It makes you wonder how in the world they actually are hired as security guards an employee's and don't know the the Constitution or the law great job James and thank you as always:-)🥺💯👍
You're absolutely welcome

The Bay-lift of the court was as bad as Amy Gallow who got totally pissed because the Sheriff didn’t want to continue to cross that line once he found out that he was dealing with a man that’s knowledgeable of the laws and the system itself, the chief deputy sheriff started out going left by trying to create a narrative of what happened until he himself got shut down but that clerk needs to be fired along with Amy Gallow, and the Bay-lift trying to pull a double team since he himself had no balls.
Explain WHY they have QR codes on that policy bro? Wouldn’t you have to use a camera to access that QR code. Makes zero sense.
Exactly
@@TTA42800 thank you so much for the content you produce. I would love to do this but I would have to be medicated to stay this calm and collected. Lol. Much love to you TTA! ♥️🫶🏼🫵🏼
Was going to comment same. Seems they are engaged in entrapment. Saying no cameras, then they provide a QR code to the rule...
Good eye! Your comment should be pinned.
@@NIGHTCRAWLERMEDIA lol the logic is hilarious.
Amy Gallow needs to learn who she works for. Maybe we need to call her and remind her. Or she needs to be removed from working for the people. The deputies need to learn the oath they took and what it means.
Ever see a cop under deposition...that is when you see how ignorant about how ignorant of the laws some cops are. .
@@stagg2158The cops in depositions are becoming my favorite videos lately. To watch them display their ignorance, under oath, and their lack of understanding of law and general knowledge is almost comical!

@@DJPLAST2 yep me too..they don't seem so powerful anymore 😂 😂
It's ironic that they have a sign that has no video taping, no cameras, and no microphones, but they have a QR code on that very same paper to scan with your phone. If you had to follow their policy, then how would you scan that QR code. 😂😂😂😂
do you really need to be instructed on how phones work. You do not need to be recording to scan a QR code. Also, the same sign is located on the front door, and can be scanned, even without entering the building.
@joelgraham6820 you need a phone to take a pic of the qr code. Don't need to be recording. If you look it shows no phones. If you know anything about qr codes you would know you have to take a pic not video lol. I'm not talking about the one on the front door I'm talking about the one in the building where they are trying to say your not aloud to use your phone.
@@shawnjohnson3213 that particular sign states no microphones/audio recording, no photography, and no filming. Says nothing about no phones. It also appears to be the same sign posted everywhere, which I can also presume is the same one at the front door, and as I said earlier, if upon seeing that sign walking in, you can scan the QR code outside before you even enter the building.
Truth is, the person who made up the signs probably didn't want to make multiple designs for the specific places, so made one general sign for everywhere. It does not make the rule any less valid if the order was issued by either, the chief judge or the chief Justice, and US Supreme Court has already determined that since a court house is NOT a traditional public forum, freedoms of speech, including those exhibited through photography or motion video, can be limited, or restricted, within a courthouse.
@@shawnjohnson3213it's meant to confuse
@@louissams8263 the addition of a qr code does nothing to change the actual communication of rules within a courthouse.
In venues like this, as well as a whole host of state and federal service locations, the photo or video aspect, which is what mist frauditors focus the attention on, is actually the least problematic of recording. The audio recording portion however could be argued, and quite correctly in fact, as the most unlawful activity, and especially the public rebroadcasting of for profit.
In a courthouse, any communication between a client and his/her attorney is privledged. Pretty much every state has laws against audio recording a conversation of which one is not a party two, regardless of the location and forum, and states like Illinois are two party consent states, where even as a party to a conversation the permission of everyone in the conversation must give consent.
Yay please go back to rhe sheriff office to see if that lady got educated. I’ve called the sheriff he said he fixed it.
"Man this Guy" and "We're good to go" are my favorite phrases...LOL! Keep up the great work.

Even their own sign says it’s RESTRICTED. Not even PROHIBITED! That’s hilarious they get to choose the wording and put restricted and then go around telling people you can’t record at all. That restriction is basically saying you can’t record in the court rooms. We all already know you can record.
Great observation I missed that! That's like saying "wearing hats in the building is restricted" which eventually might mean "in courtrooms" or "baseball hats" ?
