@@pizz226 you absolutely made my day! I think I am actually going to do this and do it very well - finally. I had become depressed, and also just couldn’t lose the weight and thigh cellulite, but I went back to my vegetarian roots, stopped eating sugar and dairy, and drink lemon water instead of sugar drinks, I also stopped doing the same routine every day at the gym and began mixing it up a little. FINALLY I see a little progress!! I needed motivation and your message did it. Thank you SO much!!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!
I’m impressed! How do you maintain energy on a vegetarian diet? I would like to hear more about that. Also, what kind of exercises do you do? I need to get my body and mind back in a good place.
