After the first month it starts to feel natural, and from there the improvements get very noticeable, as you start to outperform the best you have ever played on controller. Im recently coming from controller and new to keyboard mouse. I made my own simple creative map with a zombie spawners. I needed to practice the mind to muscle connection in my fingers while under a little duress before i could do any of these drills in the video.
I’ve played on controller for 4 years and now I’m switching. It feels like I had no prior experience. It’s basically like learning controller just WAY harder.
it depends if youre a wrist aimer or not. (wrist aimer is when you aim or edit with only moving your wrist) if you are one, then your sensitivity should be higher
Let me tel y’all what helped me (started kbm 3 months ago, I’m in champs and grinding for a spot in fncs qualifier) so at the beginning, I didn’t play any public matches. I hopped in creative and tan raiders piece control map v3. I just worked on my edits and crosshair placement, while also learning how to tunnel and box. After I got consistent at that I started learning the building aspect I would free build and after that I’d get off. New day rinse repeat. And for aim, it’ll come naturally. Just keep playing. Also I play on high sense (wrist player)
@@vog- sorry I’m late asf I edit with e. And for my builds I use side mouse buttons for wall and ramp and f for floor and c for cone. I also have my keyboard at a 45 degree angle
I have a mmo mouse, I put every keybind that isnt build related on my mouse, and it works really well, it improved my gameplay by 100x as the keyboard hand isnt stressed, so it helps me put more time in the game.
I use scroll wheel down for edit and reset. Scroll wheel up for shotty. Back mouse button for stairs and forward mouse button for edits. Scroll wheel click for my ar / smg I use a razer tartarus so I put all my weapons (apart from 1 and 2) and my traps.
Just switched to kbm 13 days ago i can alr quad edit and have good mechanics cuz i was a demon on controller. But my fighting is subar so thanks for the vid
for me i switch from controller to kbm it felt weird since i used to having buttons that don't have to reach and without aim assist i thought that i will suffer to aim it was bad at the start missing my shots it took me a week to get used to them and it so much better now me one year ago will be shocked to see me being better.

Basically I play Fortnite On KBM But On A ps5 And I Am Ok. I went to My friends House And Tried His PC And I noticed How Cracked I am With 240 FPS And How Much Delay A KBM on A Ps5 Has. Also This Video Helped Me out THX Viban Jivan.😸
If you’re knowledgeable then Kbm will be easy but if you’re already on kbm and are trash there’s no way to improve because every creative player and practice course will be too hard to beat for you
Hey Jivan, I hope you are having a wonderful time. Love the video! and I really would like to do this routine everyday! But I have very bad wifi that gives me an average of 200 plus ping. And some days I just cant play entirely! Im stuck and I dont know how to improve, could you help me?
What platform are you on? I used to play on Switch and my ping would spike from 300 to 1,100. When I switched to PS4 and eventually PS5 I had similar issues, with ping spiking to around 300. If you're sharing internet with other people in the house, when other people connect to the wifi to stream videos or anything like that, it will make your console/pc lose connection with the internet and then reconnect. That's what causes internet spikes. If that's the problem you're having, I recommend getting a direct connection to your internet router if you can. :)

My main problem is my ping/input/device grade My ping ranges around 90-150 delay maybe around 0.8 to 1.2s Device is around Potato-Low grade I have internet fluctuations

i would give a tip, if you have any bonus buttons on your mouse, use them to edit builds, after some practice it will feel realy comfortable
no u should use them as a build bind theres a reason no pros use it to edit but almost every pro has it for a build bind
mouse button is really delayed it has a lot of input delay thats why people dont use that
