Excellent suggestion from the Patreon! *Trident* are amazing, with a really big sound for a three piece, similar to *The Warning* Next up should be 'Cry Out' or 'Continue'. Trident seem to be playing a lot shows lately with one of my favorite bands *Hanabie* Check them out next with the songs 'We Love Sweets', or their newest 'Pardon me, I have to go now'.
They fly under the radar but are growing. I love their big choruses. So catchy. Great talent. I can watch Nagisa hit those drums all day long. Cry Out is another great tune.
I'm glad to see you broadening your circle of bands. There's so many ! One of my favs is Glim Spanky, a highly underappericiated band, try, " A Circle of Time, " live streaming show 2020.
ぜひ、以前のドラマー Junna が居た頃の ガールズロックバンド革命 も見てみて下さい。 Please take a look at "Girls Rock Band Kakumei" from the time when the former drummer Junna was there, before the name was changed to TRiDENT.
Little smirk when you say 'Spoopy' kek. Great songs and great react! I really luv the voice of the lead. I luv babymetal 'videos' to death and it's not even a contest for a concert!! but I would put this band on my playlist to listen to on headphones before them. Just awesome sound. Really hope they can keep putting out amazing songs and develop even further!!!
There's SO many to choose from. Saiseiga, Ark Royal, Hagane, Bridear, United, Lonesome_Blue, Asterism, Hades etc. There's more to J metal/Rock than the obvious. Take your pick 🤘 Someone may even introduce you to Junna (ex Trident) sometime 🥁💥
Last time I saw Junna was at Gasshan's Live Show back in August (Sep?). BTW, I like Trident better with Nagisa (she even put Trident on her drums instead of Nagisa).
I f*****g love this band. So glad you got to check them out. When you mentioned how big the sound was in Ambivalent I thought to myself, “wait til he hears Spoopy,” lol. It’s always tough to pull off a three piece as it demands a different approach of playing for the guitar and bass. Taking a look at successful bands like Rush, ZZ Top and although Led Zeppelin is considered a 4 piece instrumentally they were a 3 piece also. Cheers!
Haven't even started the video yet, but I have to commend your Patrons. First of all Trident is one of my personal favorites. One of the best 3-pieces I've ever heard. Asaka (guitar/vocals) is a great songwriter. You are getting pointed Directly to some of the best Metal/Rock in the World. I'm really enjoying your Journey so far. Wish I wasn't on a fixed income so I could help out more Reactors spreading the word. I hope someone points you towards Voice of Baceprot soon. One of the best music stories, EVER. I'm gonna say Great Reaction in advance, 'cause I'm sure it will be 😎.

Patrick, I’m in the same boat when it comes to finances as I’m on disability. But I’m sure Cheezy appreciates us being able to support him here. I know so many groups that a lot of people haven’t heard of but I’m happy to be able to see him on his journey.
Gaku Taura ( Crystal Lake Drummer ) is involved in some their work as producer , mixer and so on. As he is with Hanabie . Supporting underrated Bands seems to be a thing for him 🙂
I’m glad you paired those two numbers. Many would have you react to SOOOPY, because it’s their hardest song, but AMBIVALENT is their best song. They’ve put out several albums with many good songs. Asaka’s vocals are a bit shouty and screechy, like many other Japanese rockers, but there is something unique about the timbre of her voice that is compelling.
Great reaction. I love watching others discover the awesomeness I'm already aware of. These songs are 2 of my favorites. Like others have said cry-out is a must. Try the latest one Signal as well. An older one with the previous drummer Junna called Utopia won't disappoint.
Wuddup bra! Me thinks you likee. Best band few heard of. My 2nd to LOVEBITES🐺 They're also multi genre. Ambivalent show their legit vocals and Bass groove. She was the voice of that lil sic break. . Spoopy has that kind of industrial punk feel. A little Prodigy-ish . It goes back to their roots of underground I-PUNK, Punk, HARD ROCK scene. ,even at times; poppy-ish. Love their Un-othodox riff/break/pause/tranzystory sound. Glad you dgg'n on it. Speaking of VOB; (another 3piece SIC Bass female band) they're in their infancy as INDONESIA Is coming into play.. I'll let the others turn you on to their SIC'NLEGIT musicians. Loved your reaction, as always. MUCH ✌️❤️🙏 from all 🐺WOLFPACK 🐺 🇵🇱POLAND 🇵🇱..
I believe I may have mentioned these ladies in one of my if not my first comments on your channel. This awesome trio is my No.2 Japanese band behind the MAID's. Have all there CDs. May I suggest, "Cry Out" and "Voltage". Voltage back when JUNNA was drummer. They have a playful side, like in tracks like "Splash" and "Distination".
They were originally, "Girls Rock Band Kakume", formed to showcase super drummer Junna. Her leaving was the best thing that happened to them, as with the addition of drummer Nagisa, they have blossomed into a great band in their own right.
They certainly need more exposure. Any 3 piece combo does in my opinion. I've been listening to them since Junna was the drummer. But Nagisa was a great replacement. And the voice of Asaka really appeals to me. Always has. 'Sokoninaru' is another great 3 piece band that I'm sure you will like. Here is her best-known cover, of “Through the Fire and Flames” by Dragonforce: ua-cam.com/video/UKr1H4Jv6is/v-deo.html
They are truly awesome! I recommend you listening to Cry out and Signal next. And then Last hope & Alive and then Continue & Imagination and the rest of their songs!😊
Spoopy is produced by Gaku Taura who produced Hanabie’s album. This era of Trident has caught my attention. I like this a lot as it lets Asaka sing through a pretty good range and shows her lower register stuff is REALLY good - sultry but natural. Who knows what she’s doing with guitar effects - there are probably 100M to choose from. lol This is from the EP D - X which is a bit of a mixed bag of all round excellence.
man i wish all of these japanese girl groups were around when i was coming of age in the 60's. the japanese invasion would have taken precedence over a lot of the others that were around then. still love those bands but they were ALL male bands. all female groups were unheard of
TRIDENT-JAPAN original drummer JUNNA songs Voltage, No Regret.. Next all female Japanese Metal Band HANABIE(Japanese JINJER), react first to songs WE LOVE SWEETS(MV), NEET GAME(MV) and new song PARDON ME, I GOT TO GO...🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

For 2 bands I didn't see on your channel I think you'd enjoy and 2 songs for each, since that looks like how you do things - Nightwish Ghost Love Score & Storytime both songs are live from Wacken 2013 - and - Spiritbox Rule of Nines - official video (there's also a live one take for this song too) Blessed Be - official video (also has a live one take) Hope you don't mind the 2 suggestions. After watching a good many of your other videos, I think you'll really like these two! Catch you on the next!
my first thought was Can they even pull off SPOOPY live . arrangements etc , That industral-ish punk sound. LIVE MUSIC VIDEO X-MOMENT... Good call w/BASS.. She has petal for some of it, you can also hear her follow BT. If I'm wrong, never mind 😵💫Then again, i might be hearing sound from some signal from outer space.
Lol I'm always getting signals from outer space! 🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃 Was the effect I heard tied to the bass?! I know that there is a completely different industrial effect going on without any instrument tied to it (like a backing track).

They are a band to keep an eye on because they just get better and better.
