This is my favorite way. They start to open up when they are ready. You still have to pry them, they dont magically open all the way. ☺ . I add some lemon, tapatío and a little bit of salt. Mmm mmm 😆
That is the right way my friend. So many videos of individuals opening the oyster and putting the half open oyster on the grill with whatever recipe they made on the side. Not for me, I'm old school. I put them on the grill whole and let them open by themselves, of course you have to open them all the way by hand. I add lemon, salt and Valentina hot sauce. Last time I did that with my relatives I was 24 years old. Its been over 20 years now.
15 min should be all you need, like the first commenter said they don’t pop open all the way just enough that it makes it very easy to pry the shell (as opposed to raw which requires a very sharp and sturdy knife and a chain link glove if you’re smart 😉)
My wife showed me this clip. I thought I recognized that voice. The guy that's recording, that's my former neighbor!
He moved away because you’re a mooch!!!! Lol

First of all, mow your grass. 2. Grill your oysters cupside down so you don't lose your liquor. These are vital
I want to attend this picknick, company or family.
Nice this me in the future telling u I did this today
you dont cook them, well you could eat them with out cooked two, and they taste so good without cooked, im mexican.
No need to flip Derek. Just throw them on and let them cook. 15 minutes should be all it takes.
15 mins, they'd be fried on an open fire. More like 5-7
how long do you grill them? do you flip during cooking? sorry..new to cooking oysters
