    They are the last generation of Oyster Farmers out there.

    you know what i just realized why not just shuck a 4 month old oyster for fine dining or in a combo, resturants would probably bank off its looks cause its much smaller, and if its much more clean and sweeter the younger it is then thats also a big plus

    Jim Aitken you need to take some time and learn how to pronounce Mahurangi properly if you are going to have a Maori name surely you can take the time to learn how to pronounce it correctly
