With thanks and love, Tara
I am not a follower. I don't have a master, never wanted one. I left Catholicism when I was 9, have looked all over, never found a religion or sect that seemed to fit. But recently, I have been guided towards wise men and women that I feel worthwhile to listen to. This man, monk, Soul is at the top of my list now. Just head of him 10 minutes ago, from a friend who is reading his book. Thank you, much appreciated, Gilles N. Parker, Canadian teacher in Taiwan.
What a charming guy. Looking forward to reading his book. Probably the only person I've seen telling a joke by reading from his phone.
Don7257 and it was still funny!
I began my guided meditation to my group yesterday, offering the first paragraph on page 10 - regarding repression of psychological problems. I loved how you Haemin and Tara shared the floor and offered deep wisdom and profound clarity regarding the compassionate energy with which we should attend to our emotional turmoil and suffering. Thank you both so so much.
How are you ?
I read the 2nd book first and I can’t be thankful enough not only to Haemin Sunim but also to myself as I picked the book! 😆
I feel lighter after read his books, not on my weight but my mind does.
His wise words and writing make me trust to myself even more than before. Strengthen my hopes and believes that I always have. Looking forward for new books.

무논리로 모두를 땡중이라고 하기엔
괜찮은 중도 있더이다
