- Hello all! I'm a US citizen who moved to SA for two years from 2013 to 2015 as an LDS missionary and I absolutely love this country! I have only spent a total of 25 months in South Africa. After four years I came back for a long stay to be with my favorite people.
Some stayed here for almost 100 years but even a single word a guy from America came in 2013 learn the language eazy as that.
Yho this is awesome zulu is a hard language

We shouldn't look down on each other's languages as they are only languages a means to communicate with one another, but we also shouldn't be scrutinized for what we decide to learn as it is after all our personal choice in life and our right and for no one else to decide

I moved to South Africa so absorbing the language only took a couple of months!

I speak Spanish, sotho and was at one time able to speak South African Signlanguage
