  • Street Food in Bangkok, Thailand is insane! You can find everything from the classic Thai dishes like Tom Yum & Pad Thai noodles, to the more extreme dishes! As soon as we heard about Kuay Teow Moo Namtok / ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ (AKA boat noodles or blood noodle soup) we knew we had to try them! We headed to 'Victory Monument' which is a main transportation hub in Bangkok and known as the best place in the city to eat boat noodles. Boat noodles consist of: rice noodles, dark soy sauce, pickled bean curd, nam tok, salt, fried garlic, radish, bean sprouts, morning glory and pork blood 🩸
Hope you enjoy this video! Have you/would you try this? 😊

Fun fact : Noddle is the most popular lunch meal in Thailand and It is a lot more popular than Pad thai.

We've been eating boiled pigs blood in the North Of England for years in fatty or lean Black Puddings.

This dish is one of my favorite! I love this over pho. I know the thought of eating blood doesn't sound very appealing but once you get past that it's so darn delicious! 😋

Haha, Matt add condiments to noodles like Thai people do. For noodles, you can use both of chopsticks and spoon to stir and drink soup.

You guys can use a searving spoon (it's usually inside utensils box) it will help you mix the ingredients in a bowl more easier. Enjoy!

Looks so so delicious. Julia, I like how you warned Matt with the second dish's spicy level and he immediately dumped a whole bunch of chilies in there...LOL. Too funny. Loving the Bangkok trip, although I queried why you guys didn't go back to South America. Now I don't care, all I want to do is eat what you guys are eating...LOL.
