I saw 6 Black Hawks 2 Apache, 4 P series Mustang Figther plane, and F series of Fighter jet flying by in my village last year not only that I saw Bi planes flying in V formation too, that flight training last until December or first week of January cant remember. it nice to see PAF are improving
@@chaosknight24 i wonder sir kung gaano kadami yung UH-1 natin? Won't the 32+16 = 48 Blackhawks in total replace the overall number of the UH-1s? Hopefully some UH-1s would be transferred to Philippine Army as transition aircrafts. Not specifically retire them into aircraft boneyards.

Beside the PAF I'm hoping the Army and Navy also acquire the S-70i Black Hawk or US-spec version UH-60 and MH-60R for Anti-submarine helicopter [Edit] I think its also worth covering the PA will be receiving former JGSDF UH-1J to expand there Aviation Regiment and in the future lead to the acquisition of the Subaru-Bell UH-2/412EPX.
Subaru UH-2Js (Bell 412 derivatives) were relatively a good competitor against the Blackhawk in the Army's CUH Acquisition Program. If i recall correctly Japan was donating a couple of those helicopters to the Army, if so, it is likely the Army would be found very interested on the Subaru helicopters over the Blackhawks. Then again. I'm not opposed to the idea of operating both platforms in the branch, it would benefit both the branches in terms of commonality, interoperability and maintenance issues. Same stand within the Navy's ASW helicopters, Angusta Westland AW-109 for CUHs duties and then Leonardo AW-159 and MH-90 Seahawk for ASW duties.
@@konsanalite the AW109 is a good start being light utility helicopter (LUH). But as the PN acquired bigger helicopter it makes sense to acquire bigger platform such as the AW139M/AW149 for the Tarlac-class and airlifting both PMC and NAVSOCOM. Since the AW159 Wildcat is already in service with the PN it makes more sense to acquire more units then ordering a new type. However Leonardo After Sales Suppprt is abysmal from what I've heard so maybe prudent to consider other type such as the MH-60R Seahawk for the upcoming Corvette and Frigates. But the Jose Rizal flight deck maybe too small to safety land the Seahawk.
@@alexis_ian i recall reading one time in MD, Leonardo already sorted those after sale issues? Can't really remember correctly if I'm right, so feel free to correct me. The only problem with Seahawks is that they are expensive. That's American product for you, then again, it should be noted how much our Government spends on Military Acquisition Programs, as far as i can tell, they really hate expensive things even though the offer has everything already. Look how our DND is lobbying for the Gripens, while MD and JUSMAG wants F-16Vs to Philippines.
I saw one of these guys coming in to land probably at the SAF training site near it was amazing and I also saw I think was a Bo - 105 flying over my house too

Better buy the Battle Hawk. It's not just for battle it's also for transport.
To heavy for a utility or transport helicopter
What's the difference between this polish built blackhawk vs us built blackhawk?
Make it 3 squadrons for PAF, 1squadron for the PM, 1 squadron for JSOC, 6 units for PSG and 1 squadron for PA.
The Philippines will be the largest operator of S70i black hawk helicopters in the world when these are all delivered,
Ilan bang papalitan na bell helicopter? Sana Hindi lang palitan doblehin sana Ang units.

Buy more pres.bbm
They can still deliver it because in the Russia-Ukraine war, only the Antonov AN-155 Mriya is destroyed and I think Antonov AN-124 ruslan are not.
