Things to note and this brings light on how IAS kids only become IAS.
* She did not write the exam herself and opted for scribe bcoz allegedly she's visually impaired
* In 2019 she did got IRS IT ... But UPSC cancelled her candiature (due to certificates)... that's why in 2020 she changed her name... because UPSC before interview gets a form filled by candidates where you have to mention if in the past your candiature was cancelled for any reason. (this hack still works if you want more attempts)
* She changed her PWD category from visually impaired to multiple disability because there is only one IAS seat for VI... and getting into an IAS via VI is even difficult than getting into IAS via general category. (Coming back to this later)
* In 2021 interview she got 182 marks... where in comparison a guy with genuine locomotive disability due to bullet injury while serving the nation got only 105 marks. There is no transparency in the interview process and on what basis they give marks its all bogus. Corrupt officers selecting corrupt officers.
* In 2021 she got 560 marks in mains... In 2022 mains she got 743 marks... WHILE she was fighting 4-5 court cases... When did she studied for mains then??? It's certain that SCRIBE was also someone preparing for UPSC and SCRIBE gets extra time for writing the paper
* Different SCRIBE can be availed for each paper... So she could have hired subject matter experts for each paper to get 743 marks in mains
* Now get this... For Prelims also you get a SCRIBE ... She could have easily hired someone who could easily clear prelims in any circumstances
* 2019 and 2021, she got rejected in AIIMS screening, UPSC cancelled her candidature then... for that reason she did not go to aiims even after 6 ultimatutms from aiims
* According to rules of UPSC, you only get 2 ultimatums max
... candidature gets canceled after that... How can UPSC give her ultimatum 6 times??
* DOPT are not entitled to accept PWD certificate from anywhere else except AIIMS... then how's hers got accepted??
* Now Visually impaired can't have driving licence... Then how's she driving AUDI??
* How does depression and VI be accepted as benchmark disability when you cant measure them officialy?
* How does one get first posting in home state? Which is usually offered when one is retiring?
* How come his father amassed assets worth 40+ crores as a civil servant?

Recent example was UP govt introducing biometric attendance system to keep check on punctuality of govt teachers, but they protested against it, and opposition saw an opportunity so they supported it, eventually UP govt revoked the plan.

I told by friend that go to a government hospital, And lie there by saying that I got headache (which he didn't had), And then, when we reached hospitals, doctor clearly said that that guy had serious headache, and now needs to admit. Another technical aspect you missed: An IAS Officer Trainee can never be posted in Home district during probation, but she got!
I think she mentioned mental illness as an excuse too to get training in home state, AIMS summoned her multiple times but she never appeared.

The RPWD act was passed in 2016 but ground level implementation is still very low. Public places are still not disable friendly. We need your voice and annalitical point of view to spread awareness.

No family should be able to take reservation twice in the same lineage, this is the rich will do such frauds, hire lawyers and keep getting reservation while the struggling person will never be able to make it

My friend has been preparing for this exam for the last 6 years now his father is an old farmer who struggles to make ends meet even though the dude is 33 years he is still working to clear this examination, such kind of news breaks my heart how cruel this system can have some mercy give people a level playing field that they deserve stop such practices. 🙏

That's why Constitutional amendment was required...... Only constitutional amendment can permanently abolish reservation system as well as Colonial legacies like 1935's Government of India act which was the basis of 1950's Constitution.
2/3 Majority in Lokhshobha & Rajyasabha must for Constitutional amendment.
This is the only solution for abolishing UPSC ( such kind of system was introduced in India during Colonial period in 1926 ) , Reservation system ( first introduced in 1950 Constitution of India ) etc .
Whole Indian systems( education , Administration, Defense, Healthcare etc etc ) have to be modified at per 21st century standard as everything in India has already saturated fully by corruption , Colonial political system & maffias .
Constitutional amendment/ Change of 1950's Constitution is the only solution to abolished Century- old Sin of India .....

Why doesn't the ruling party who want amendment never tells the public clearly in a press release document what they want to amend and the reasons, similar to how you said in above comment. Then people may be more open to the idea, but instead, they always just make general statements which don't talk about any details and none of us know the important details. Same thing for UCC. They keep saying UCC is needed. But at least give the public a draft UCC document so we can understand what the details of the UCC and a proper debate and discussion can begin.

Who knows how many other Puja Khedkars have slipped through the cracks in UPSC. A thorough investigation needs to be done into all recruitments in reserved seats in the past 10 years.

This is an absolute injustice to the people who are actually physically disabled. I am a physically handicapped student and feel really sorry for the people from the PWD community who genuinely study but cannot get through the examination because of such instances of cheating and fraud by some people. I request the authority to verify the certificates and proofs of all the candidates who have applied through the PWD quota. If they are found to be false, a strict action is requested. I believe that the system is fair and just towards all the hardworking students who genuinely prepare and appear for this exam and that this request for verification will be considered and strict action will be taken against the candidates who are fraud.

@@abhishekkanaujia9604 न्याय भी जब मिलता है तब पैसे हो , मेरे गांव में एक आदिवासी महिला का हसबैंड की डेथ 2017 में हुई थी, गांव के धनी आदमी के घर , उनने उसके सरकारी वकील ही खरीद लिए , अनपढ़ महिला से अंगूठा लगवा लिए समझौते पर , उसमे लिखा है की उसका हसबैंड कही और मरा था , 1 रुपए भी नही मिला उसे , दो बच्चे है मजदूरी करके पालती है।

From childhood I was proud being an Indian, always thought about serving the country. Despite my parents unwillingness and our middle class problems, I aspired to serve as Civil servant. When I heard the news about NEET paper leak, I was furiated and after learning about UPSC fraud things, I am confused. The way I used to see my country as a child and now as an adult has completely changed. I dont know why my country is becoming worse day by day.

I used to live in Noida as a tenant in home of retired IAS's son. They had their own painters, electricians, caretakers to take care of all the properties. They had properties in Gurugram, Noida, Delhi, Lucknow etc. Total worth was more than 20Cr. All this info was shared by their worker.
