I live in Delhi. I was attacked by 6-7 outsiders in Hauz Khas area of South Delhi the very next day on 28th July, 2024 between 05:05pm to 05:15pm in the day broad light after the Delhi coaching centre death incident on 27th July, 2024. The reason is still unknown and undefined to me. The incident was happened in front of Jagannath temple and opposite of PNB and beside Deer Park. They beat me a lot and slapped on my head and face and punch on my chest, belly and back side numerous times and tried to snatch my belongings. People were watching the incident in front of their eyes but nobody came to me. Nobody helped me. I cried a lot. But nobody saved me. Moreover Delhi police misbehaved with me. Didnt show sympathy or empathy. No compassion no humanity. Rather they were scolding me. They also didnt help me after my written diary. No police offered me a glass of water or food as I was thirsty and hungry and I asked water to them. Even they didnt take me to any hospital or doctor’s clinic for my medical treatment as I was badly injured and blood was bleeding from my wounds on my forehead, face, nose, lips and hands.

I am really sorry that happened to you. Horrible... Horrible... to be happened to anybody. I couldn't imagine how helpless you must have felt. Unfortunately the society and system has become dead from inside. They just like to watch the sufferer gets suffered and move on with their day. And don't get me started on victim blaming. My god! this country... I guess someone rightly said in other comment that they just don't feel like living in this country anymore and I get it but not all of us can afford to move out and have to bear this system.
For you dear, I suggest you take someone with you to the police who is in a higher position or status, someome in your family, friends or relations because unfortunately the corrupted government system only works in favour of you through Approaches only.

Mohak the Delhi master plan you show does not impose any restrictions on use of basement for commercial activities. It only says that it will count towards total FAR (floor area ratio) of building if used for commercial purposes. And how can there be drainage in basement and even if there is how will it help if water level in street in higher than that in basement? These kids didn't die because of Rau's or because of SUV. Nope. Judiciary is not doing what is required of them. Judiciary acts like a cushion the government uses for saving itself from the revolt of people.
I have seen how judiciary works. Hot issues get most of the time judgement in favor of people. It's a strategy to keep people from revolt.
If judiciary didn't exist then India would have better accountability burden on its government. Judiciary is a perfect tool to save them from real accountability.
