Wow the complete reverse happened to me. Everyday people would call me big because they thought I was 6 foot plus . Because of everyone thought that I was 6foot I myself then thought I was 6 foot . Well recently I measured myself and found out I’m 5’9. Now I stretch everyday and eat plenary of healthy food.

If you measured with tape measure then that’s not your real height because they tend to take off 3 inches sometimes they’re not as accurate as a stadiometer
This is probably because most guys lie about their heights saying they're taller than they actually are. This makes people think that 6ft is shorter than it actually is.

If he measured right after waking up he could definitely be 6'2" and maybe before bed a little over 6'1".
Also depends on how much he slept the night before. If he only slept 5 or 6 hours he'd definitely be shorter than on a day he slept 9 hours. Hydration is also a factor

There may have been a slight under measurement. I couldn't see exactly where the line it. But the issue with not using a flat, sturdy box is that it can be difficult tell where the top your head is. Also the ground looked reasonably flat but I suspect there may be a slight inconsistencies with measurements. For example when I measure myself on tiles i am about 5'11.7/8", but when i measure myself on smooth concrete i am 6'0" flat.
There's almost no difference, it's probably just the time of the day, or your spine being more compressed depending on what you did that day.
@@mitigamespro8757 No im very pedantic about my measurements. I measured at the same time on the same day with same utensils. To be fair it inst a big disparity but it's better to be accurate and consistent.

I think you're more like 6'1.5" or 187cm instead of full 6'2 188cm because the mark above your head was actually under the mark show by measurement tape. Check at 0.49 for your actual height and compare to your height shown by the tape at 1.31, the mark got inflated/taller by about 1/2 inch.

I am not the great Mao Mao but I would happily answer this question. I would say yes because if you don’t get the surgery it will cause more pain. Every NBA athlete who have torn their ACL had to get surgery so they can walk again. They weren’t the same after but if you don’t get the surgery it will cause problems. You can recover from this!

I am 16 now and I'm 5'6ft which really pisses me off. because of the pandemic, a lot of my physical activities have stopped. My father is 5'11 and I really want to be as tall as him. I have a really hectic schedule so I really don't get 8hrs of sleep. I try to eat as healthy as possible and I don't think so my genetic height growth has stopped because my mom is like 5'0ft. I know that basketball helps a lot to increase height but I haven't really played it much. I really get depressed nowadays because of my short height. All the other guys grow taller and I can't seem to grow tall. Can u please help me out with it ?

Height makes no sense, maybe there's an ancestor in your family who was taller. That's how genes work. I don't eat junk food but I wouldn't call my diet healthy either. I stopped getting good sleep at around 16 of age( not my fault I just sleep like 7 hours and wake up). But I'm 6'2
