What I love about Nate and Jeremiah is the fact they really respect both the house they walk in and their client's wishes. Unlike many other design reality shows, they don't completely destroy the house's character and history.
The house looks luxurious, very formal unlike what they asked for😂 I like the way the kitchen and the dinning room matches,it's like 1 big room, not a fan of the kitchen cabinets, I like working in a bright space, but I still dig it, the sun room was a total waste of space, who needs that much of bunch seating?! It's not a wedding hall!! It feels like the architect/designer didn't know what to do with that space.....loooove the living room, elegant, formal, chic and inviting.
Nice. I personally detest recessed lighting anywhere except kitchens, with rare exceptions. Lamps and sconces are cozy, not institutional. A personal preference.
I mean it’s a beautiful house, but it doesn’t seem to suit them. They specifically said they didn’t want something formal and I feel like they made this house so formal!
I’m not a fan of Nate’s designs. Kitchen countertops were way too dark. There were too many browns in grays for a house filled with dark wood accents. That sun room though was an awesome idea. Less is more. I hope they don’t keep that green velvet chair in front of the door. It’s an accident waiting to happen.
Sorry . . . totally destroyed the spirit of the space starting with the defacing of the staircase. Dreadful. Especially dreadful - the TV over the (now ho-hum Wayfair marble mantled) fireplace with the uber kitschy retracting tapestry.
Absolutely love how you've kept the character of this beautiful home, but yet did amazing additions to the original floorplan. ❤❤
Outstanding transformation! That round table and gorgeous chairs. Those countertops and backsplash. The benches! Wow!
the end result is absolutely perfect 👍

Incredibly beautiful and true to the original home. That wallpaper in the dining room and the sun room is gorgeous! Etc etc!
I would never wanna leave that house!! Beautiful!!!! ❤
Stunning! Spectacular! Capturing the essence of the original design which now is upgraded, streamlined and transformed into a functional design 💜💜💜
Gorgeous. No one comes close to Jeremiah and Nate for elegant makeovers. I wish they would come to Australia and do my studio apartment.
This house was just amazing before. But you did a fantastic job on keeping the feel of old and new . Just gorgeous.
They are the best design team ever!
So homey and beautiful.
They are the best designers ever
Just the best! So high end!
Gorgeous!

Luxe Nd elegant is not the same as formal and stuffy.

This house is out of dreams. Don’t wake me 😴 I would seriously pay to tour.

Beautiful. Was this a Frank Lloyd Wright House?
Doesn't appear to be. A nice example of a Tudor home.
❤️❤️❤️

Being clean and organized doesn't mean formal. They said they're happy with it so I don't see your problem
It’s not formal, it’s luxe.
Speaking as a designer, it feels very casual, yet sophisticated. The basic formal architectural elements are still the backdrop.
@@rivegaucheranch”Very casual”? Well, maybe somewhat casual!
❤❤❤
