Cant believe how invested I was in this after watching your first video on the Pink Princess. I have exactly the same issue with a very similar looking plant, and I actually did a fist pump at your triumph when I saw pink on the leaf. Im a newbie in the plant world and will follow the steps from video 1-3 and see what happens.
This looks like mine after I pruned my fully reverted one. The leaves will turn brownish red but I get get few specs of pink
Maybe our Pink Princesses are just camera shy?😂 Those fully pink leaves are hard to come by!

Are they okay outside in the winter?
They did survive, but did suffer a little. I also don't have the space for all of them inside 😅
But yes, not recommended, but they did live still
