It's very rare you can say a watch is truly worth nearly £8K but this one might just be worth every penny
I would risk stating the same regarding Oris B.C. Propilot X Calibre 115. And it's quite funny when you think of the most expensive non-limited product of a given manufacturer.

The video that tortured me into finally buying it. It’s every bit as amazing in hand. Those worried about the size, I would say it wears smaller than my SMP300.
This is one of omega's best pieces.. it can make a lot of more expensive watches wake up sweating at night.

The most amazing thing about this watch is not the watch, which is stunning, its that people pay twice as much for a Pepsi or Batman

A new Pepsi is 3-4x the cost and a year’s wait. I have this in addition to a vintage GMT Master matte 16750 that was 2x the cost, and love it in its own special way.
This is a gorgeous watch, but I gotta say value for money the best world timer watch has gotta be the Casio "Royale" AE-1200. If you made a video on that it would absolutely blow my mind lol.
I have the Tokyo 2020 Specialities Aqua Terra and it is striking but damn, the World Timer is next level now that I know all these minute details. Both are worth every penny.
That is as near to perfection as I think Omega has come; I love the Globemaster, Seamaster and Constellation ranges, not to mention their special edition Speedmaster moon watches; this I think for me trumps the lot. Great video!

How is it so far? I am in the waitlist for a skydweller. Pros for this watch: world time, price is half vs a skydweller, looks legit, has anti magnetic resistance. Cons: +/- 7 seconds vs rolex's +/-5 seconds which makes it less accurate and price does not increase through time.
@@chasem3549 Rolex claims +/- 2 seconds. And It’s a Rolex. And there is no such thing as a wait list. It’s called interest list and there is a chance you will never get it. And the case and rubber looks cheap on this Omega. But you need to learn more about the watches since you didn’t even know the accuracy.
Infinitely more attractive than the Rolex Sky Dweller which looks awful.

It’s just an arse-kicking, awesome timepiece! I have the standard Aqua Terra and it really is perfect from boardroom to beach! This world timer literally has it all! It laughs in the face of the competition! Great review as well of course!

I just realize this whole time I wasn’t subscribe and I’ve seen almost all of your video. Well today is the day I realize my mistake.
I love the look of this watch, however, say I was to live in the Caribean, the Cayman Islands for example, how does it handle the DST change if locally the time stays fixed. Would I have to work the difference in my head or because as the centre time says fixed the dial rotates to show the DST of 1 hour? My head is now aching, can someone put me right?
Was looking at the Grand Seiko SBGJ201 GMT, Rolex SkyDweller and this Omega.. Looks like I'll go with this first then other 2 later.
Usually I like quartz watchs for this complication, because it is, like you also spoke, to be used ans weared. But this is really really amazing on how Omega could make it so detailed, elegant and wearable at same time. Kudos for them.
I previously had a Ball Engineer Master II Diver Worldtime but ended up selling it on because it was just too big. This seems like a slightly more well-executed version of that kind of vibe (although I did like the tritium tubes on the Ball). The new version of the Ball is like 3mm smaller than the older one so maybe I'll have to give it another try, but I'm saving up for a Grand Seiko SBGE255 or SBGE257 and I think I'll end up liking that more.
I love the worldtimer! I held my breath for a year, waiting for it to be released.
It's nice, but is it Oyster Perpetual with a colourful dial via the grey market nice? If I'm spending £8k on a watch, it needs to have a coronet on the dial.

I just picked it up from my AD with a nice discount...amazing watch. Only gripe I have is I need my reading glasses to read the cities :) Great watch! Functional, beautiful and stylish! The rubber strap is very comfy.
Breitling 1461 4-yr calendar also fits this bill. Less than $10K and packs a chronograph with calculator bezel, (semi) perpetual calendar and moon phase in a 46mm SS case. Tough to beat in terms of complication per $$

There is about 30 references for the speedmaster moonphase only, without counting the cosmic triple date and the de ville tourbillon...

Saw this a year late but wow, this watch is spectacular. Probably the best Omega I've ever set my eyes on.
God I love this ever since the revealed it. And am still working towards getting it. Its the most interesting and intricate dial there is on the current swiss watch market in my opinion. 😍
I own a Seamaster and i can say it is in all its veins a great watch. I have a gmt watch which is great because of 4 hands. The aqua terra world timer here is not a watch i have, but i recommend it because it is such a beauty.
Next recommend is the Speedmaster new Snoopy, but it is so popular, a waiting list is the only option. Luckily there are enough watches which are without a waiting list, ready to be discovered by fans who can enjoy the watches. Tip, look at Montblanc, great peaces with a flair of horology.
Simply stunning! I cannot comprehend how this is cheaper than the Bond Seamaster!
If I didn’t already have a JLC world timer, I’d give this serious consideration!
