- Here's the full Maiden England show from The AT&T Center in San Antonio TX. This was filmed from the GA floor so you'll see lots of heads and hands in the way. Filming from the floor is never an easy thing to begin with. Imagine trying with all the wild Maiden fans. Did what I could given my situation and hurting right shoulder.
For this show was the first filmed with my new Canon Powershot SX 260 HS. Briliant camera with great zoom and 1080 HD. For the audio I used my usual Olympus LS-10 PCM Recorder. I have never been able to get a good audio from any digital camera so I'll continue to use the PCM recorder when I can.
This show will be a bit difficult to watch because of the shakiness. Nevertheless I hope you can enjoy it at some level. UP THE IRONS!!!!

Going to this show was my 23rd birthday gift to myself. As sad as that is to say, I gave myself the greatest gift ever! Awesome show and can't wait to see Maiden again!

This was one of their better tours since the 80's in my opinion. So don't kick yourself too hard.
I WAS HERE!!! Thank you for posting this video! I have listened to Maiden since 1985, but this was the first time I was able to see them live. What an awesome concert. Iron Maiden is the greatest band in the history of heavy metal.
Wow first show ever? My first show was the original Maiden England show up in Austin back in 1988. No matter how many shows you see, you will NEVER forget your first. Glad I was able to document it for you. Enjoy!

The Maiden england Show this Summer in Hamburg at O2 World will be my first Maiden show! I am 16 and saw so many Bands, but i think this is going to be the best thing i've ever go through!

that's completely true. I still can remember every moment from my first Maiden concert, back in 2008. Seeing Rime of the Ancient Mariner it's something you don't forget easily
This was the fourth show from this tour I saw and they were LOUD! It was an awesome show all four times I seen it. Can't wait til Sept 8th to see it again in St. Loius........great job on the video.....the sound is awesome!

Glad you enjoyed. Funny story. Days after the show, I found out I was selected for 'First to the Barrier' on the Iron maiden fanclub. Unfortunatly for me I didn't get the message. I could have been rocking out with you and probably filmed it better. Who knows.
I was 22 in 83 when my friend from scotland turned me on to Iron Maiden, I was a die hard Van Halen fan, Maiden is so much better than Van Halen.
i saw maiden w/ dio and motorhead at at&t center...and dio is by far better than maiden! maiden is highly!!! overrated!!!

I was at the San Antonio show, my first Maiden show and it was AWSOME. I hope they put out another album and continue to tour, I just kick myself in the ass for not going to my first Maiden show in the 80's.

I have seen Maiden 14 times in my life and love every show. I saw this one in Atlanta. First time they had been back here in a while. I normally have to travel every year to see them. But it is a SIN that they did not play Hallowed be thy Name. And don't give me the "they play that at every show" thing. You know why they play it?? Because if fucking rocks. And I was disappointed that it did not make the setlist. Still loved the show, but missed the song.
