I doubt it'll be on the soundtrack - it sounds more like stock trailer music than something that will be used in the show. Someone will probably post the full track to UA-cam whenever it's been identified.

Could you use the same software to extract the soundtrack from More Than 30 Years In The TARDIS?
There’s a version of the Dr Who theme done James Bond style by Mark Ayres about 14 minutes in, as well as some awesome unreleased incidental music
Unfortunately I don't have the dvd, only got the vhs, so i don't think i could for awhile, however I'll contact some of my friends and see if they could rip the dvd possibly
