  • Sunscreen is overrated. Many sun blocking chemicals are estrogenic. I never use sunscreen. I just go out in the sun for a little while to get vitamin D. If I had to spend more time outside, I would just wear my sombrero had and a long sleeve shirt. Video covers different types of sun screens, sun blockers, and related issues.

I agree with this - I don’t wear sunscreen and haven’t for years. I go on long bikes rides etc and don’t burn.
I don’t have evidence for this, but I suspect that diet plays a role in the ability of skin to resist burning

Funny enough, in 1997 I was on spring break in Florida. I had never had any visible body fat in my 18 years. While on vacation, I used lots of sunscreen. By the time I got home, 2 weeks later, I had a noticeable amount of belly fat. Coincidence?

Thanks for information on that nano particle zinc oxide.
The real deal is sure messy though… especially on kids who touch their face a lot.
    Yes!! “Estrogen Chemical Awareness Day!”

Dr Rogers as always thanks for your service. But I am curious, if the prostate reacts to estrogen in a negative way, why do you suppose the Japanese had so little prostate cancer and prostate issues? They have and still do eat a lot of soy and soy milk. You say soy is estrogenic in a male body but the Japanese should have had a lot of issues with the prostate. Recently their diet has become more western so I would assume the prostate problems are rising.

Wide brim hats that look like a tilley hat. Long sleeved sun shirts. Brellas. You'll use way less sun screen.

I used to have eczema, real bad, and I was always smearing all these salves on my body until at one point I just stopped. My skin was always irritated because of these salves. The worst were hormone salves, because they made my skin thin and even more sensetive... I now not even use suncreen anymore because I am repulsed by the thought. I used to be very white, and when I went out in the sun I would instantly burn, blistering my skin and get heat allergies. I would be sweaty oily white with a red blistering nose. I still burn in the sun, but then my skin turns brown and I do not burn anymore. I burn once, and then I'm cool. I walk the post. My eczema is gone. I also suspect diet plays a role. Don't smear anything on you skin that you can't eat.

💎Awesome information, I especially found the part about the lipophilic absorption mechanism useful. I have been pondering alternatives to lotion since I live in a very arid/windy area. Non Comedogenic oils have been the only thing that seems to work but I remember Dr. McDougall mentioning once they had to rub oil onto tube fed patients skin to get essential fats into them. So I’m not sure if I’m getting any of that fat into my blood or not when I use skin oil. Im definitely a lay person but I now have a starting point to look into it further so thank you.

Great information! What about titanium dental implants then? Are they OK or super toxic? Can you please make a video about that 🙏🏻😊
