@@zipchtkdn7804 yeah, the packing is really good. I've ordered 3 more since then and all of them were good. You can easily talk to the owner of the company on Facebook or you could call them if you by some freak chance had a problem and they would fix it right away.
under black light they glow and team them up with slime line from BCF book line glows as well
I am going to buy (2) X-medium heavy 9ft spinning rods. These rods will go great with my (2) 7'6" spinning med heavy rippin lips rods and my original 7' CABELA KING KAT spinning rods. Thank you Dan for getting this interview.

Those rods were the first thing to catch my eye...dam color is nice and bright. I have to get me a couple extra medium heavys.

Regretting buying the rods and reels
This poor guy had to hold it together while listening to a "bump" rod being something related to a nerve in the arm, all the while knowing he meant bump fishing for cats.
What is the Line rating of the Xtra Medium Heavy? The site is not showing the specifications for anything but Medium Heavy line rating, and lure weights. I'm in the market for a pole and it's come down to the Slimecat and Big Cat Fever rods. So far there is a lot more readily available information on Big Cat Fever rods. I know Dieter Melhorn says they are both great rods. I would love some more information though readily available on the capabilities of the Slimecat rods without having to spend hours searching the internet. When it comes down to Slimecat vs Big Cat Fever what stands out as the differences between the two?
So I emailed slime cat and they responded with 10 to 50 lb line rating for the Xtra heavy medium.

Was thinking about one of their bank poles, sent them an email on February 24th and asked what material their blanks are made of and still havent gotten a reply, guess I'll wait till Catch the Fever comes out with a 12 footer!

Something tells me, Slime Cat will someday also be offering their rods in black with their green as trim, and white with their green and black as trim....if they are smart, that is.

That's what I'm thinking. It seems like there's a new rod company every couple years. I'll probably just stick with TWC and Rippin Lips.
