  • Dead bug is a basic exercise used to strengthen the core and to train motor control. This is a basic video of a dead bug progression. The key to this exercise to have the low back flush against the ground for the entire movement.
    The first progression involves moving only the arms.
    The second progression involves only moving the legs.
    The third progression is moving opposite arm and leg.
