Electric moters can go just as fast in reverse as in forwards but obviously tesla limit the speed in reverse so that people don't go 100mph in reverse and killing themselves

Yeah I was like NOOOO. Some of that was real abuse, but somehow the Tesla survived it. That flame near the screen bothered me a lot too. I'm pretty careful with cars, especially if they're not my own, and I would never lean on one like that.

Agree. My 1992 BMW 3 series has better quality than this lol. Alcantara seats and they're not anywhere near as worn as the leather in this. My E36 was known for it's poor build quality and it doesn't have anything like that, apart from a sagging glovebox door.

I don't have a problem with range, it's the time to charge that sucks. Filling with gas takes a few minutes where fast charging takes an hour. That's just my opinion though, and I borrowed a friend's Tesla for the weekend from San Diego to Palm Springs for a test. Im gonna stick with hybrid until batteries and charge time get better

As a person who worked in a luxury car dealership for 16 years, I’ve driven every SUV; Cullinan, Bentayga, Mercedes GLS or G’s, Cayenne Turbo, Range AutoB, Aston DBX and others you can think of and this is by far the best SUV on planet earth once you factor in the performance, the app experience, and the price.

I don't have a problem with range, it's the time to charge that sucks. Filling with gas takes a few minutes where fast charging takes an hour. That's just my opinion though, and I borrowed a friend's Tesla for the weekend from San Diego to Palm Springs for a test. Im gonna stick with hybrid until batteries and charge time get better
@Neel Javia Listen up idiot. It's an hour to charge my friends model S to full on empty. Not only that, cars after 2017 have to pay for use of the supercharger. If they can get it down to around 10 mins and keep it from ruining the battery I may be interested. Until then I will pay for convenience.
