Even though not everything was perfectly clean, great effort. The solos in this song are really fucking difficult. Also I kinda wish there was a video now since you have played the second guitar solos crazy "whammy bar fuckery" (0:39) the closest to the album that I have heard in a long time and I would've loved to see how you played it. For some reason I have had trouble figuring that one out. Wish you a great day!
Thanks man. Yeah it was really fucking hard and I’m very clearly not the best at sweeps (much to learn, I still have). As for the Whammy bar fuckery in the 2nd solo, that’s a lot of flutter effect (flick the bar up and down, let it re-centre instead of manually re-centring it) between the 20th and 18th fret on the b string and 19th and 17th on the G string. That’s how I did it
@@metalftw9652 Yeah sweeping is not the easiest of techniques haha. And yeah I am very familiar with the fluttering since I absolutely love the sound of it and I over use it like a mf. The trouble for me was the notes and the order/rhythm of those but thanks for the tip!
