I gotta say something here for what it’s worth, that’s a fast N/A build LT1 and it has beat mostly stock GT500s which is pretty impressive, but it did not win this time. It does appear to pull a little ahead briefly then the 500 pulls a little ahead around 130-140 then lets out at 150, it was a good damn race, I like Chevy better than Ford but both make trash and both make good vehicles. GT500 is a badass car, so is a C8Z, GT350 GT350R and Z/28, SS 1LE, Mach 1, ZLE, Darkhorse, CT5-V BW, we’re lucky they built that shit, throw the Hellcats in there too, it’s the end of an epic era, enjoy having them while we have them and have Frank showing us all this action. One day it will be all EVs, the Camaro and Challenger are dead again, the Mustang didn’t exactly get youre blood pumping for a while when its competitors were gone, it will probably happen again, S650 is already bloated compared to S550, but I’m just rambling now, maybe I’ve had enough beer tonite, the GT500 won, barely.
Look ill say this that the camaro did win as the mustang jumped and then the mustang brakes as he is about to get pulled on it would have been interesting to see the race for another 10 seconds but this camaro has beat many other modifed gt500's including the palm beach tuned pully gt500 and also beyond this the red manual n/a camaro also beat a modified gt500 recently i think these camaros are very impressive this is why i went and picked one up myself under warranty out the door i paid $34k i put half down in cash and financed the rest at 11.4% interest

You have a Mustang GT500 with a 5.2 liter engine with 2.65 liter blower its a 29,000 dollar engine if you add 5.2 + 2.65 = 7.85 liters vs a naturally aspirated 6.2 liter with heads and camahaft valve relief cut pistons at most a 14,000 dollar motor and the Ford guys are celebrating a half a fender win at 160mph tells me everything l need to know so it took over 7.85 liters to beat a NA 6.2 to 160mph by half a fender for you Ford guys who can't do math thats over 1.6 liters bigger and enhanced not NA
