Doctor what about side effects of medicine ? What is least case and worst case. This video address the uneven pattern of hair in future if medication is stopped. What is sacrifice one need to make, like side effect of medicine which could affect organs in long run. Could you please explain in detail in new video. Thanks for enlighting us.
Sir, I have a question....There is no cure of MPB only because hair loss industries are only willing to get profit from us by selling products for long term ?
so idk if it’s just me thinking too much but what about ball ache that comes and goes every so often . been on finasteride for a year and i’ve been balding since 16 and i’m 19 almost 20 taking 1mg a day .
What about SMP and body hair / beard hair into the crown? I agree that donor grafts should be reserved for the hairline and mid scalp region but I think there’s various ways to give the illusion of density in the crown area without implanting normal hair grafts.
I cannot have meds due to side effects, I tried them. I’m 35 and this video explains perfectly what I needed to know before I had my first transplant. I’m thinking of going for a second on my crown as I’m thinning and where I had the hairline done it’s left the island effect. I’m not completely bald yet but my family history they’re all bald and I will be too. It’s just taking a while. But do I go for a second procedure to even out the whole of my head so I’m not left with a strip at my front??
@@madmehr no the hair I had transplanted is also thinning , just not as badly as my natural hair, that’s what putting me off having a second procedure , because the crown is a lot harder for it to work and without meds it was all eventually fall out anyway, just at separate rates
@@swordos615 31, I still have hair but it’s thinning all over. I’m 35 now and can’t go for a second one yet as it would be pointless as I’m not bald enough. But when I shave it short you can notice the difference in my actual hair and transplanted hair.
Sir please tell if somebody have already done lower transplant in early age …. That will also be soo much helpful ! What possible things they can do ! Please Make a separate video on that
I got the results I wanted and did sudden withdrawal from Minoxidil but I notice my Blood pressure increased this was not there before I started this? Is it temporary? My dermatologist said I need to tapper it off.... Is this possible effect post-withdrawal of minoxidil ?
Is it possible to make a hair transplant look natural if the person is not willing to take medication? As the native hair continues to fall out, it will create patches of transplanted hair in various areas on the head, but is it possible to avoid the obvious patches of transplanted hair, and focus on the front/hairline, while trying to keep the top of the head covered with a sufficient density, and have it look natural? I guess it depends on the donor area, right?
I guess the best thing to do is to wait when you are in your 30s to see where how far hairloss goes and then just do 2 transplants to cover the whole area.
Please tell the average time when should a patient with progress male pattern hair loss already on medication should ideally have to go for surgical hair restoration.

Hey. I know you guys have done separate videos on minoxidil and finasteride. But i really want to ask that as doctors can you really, in absolute good faith, say that they aren't potentially dangerous medications. Reports say that Minoxidil is a mitogen and has the capacity to induce cancer in mice and yes obviously mice because you can't do that kind of a study on humans. And even over a long term cancer can be attributed to a hundred different causes so one can always turn back and say well we don't think Minoxidil caused it but what if it did. Is it too much of a risk you are taking? I am on Min 5% for 3 months now and have a lot of scalp irritation but more than that there is a tingling in my fingers post application and slight numbness. I have also experienced some amount of ED for the first time ever in my life in the last 3 months and i am not saying there is a direct cause effect relationship that i can establish but i can't think of any other reason that may be causing it. And no it's not in my head that's causing the ED because during the act minoxidil and its effects are obviously farthest from my mind right. So i want to just know, hand over heart, would you apply it yourself for say 10-20 years or advise it to your near and dear ones. I would love to get an answer.

What's your opinion on it and for which type of alopecia do you think it can be helpful, is it just androgenic alopecia that it can be helpful for or even the alopecia like I have which is caused by autoimmune disorder, and all my hair from top to bottom is falling out, meaning hair on head, eyebrows, eyelashes, facial hair, and the whole body hair like chest, back, arms, legs etc.. To me it seems like it's true my eyebrows and eyelashes get more thicker during summer, so is it because of the sunlight or is it just the heat that makes them more relaxed, so they are more visible? 2. Vitamin A, E and Zinc - Are these also helpful? Vitamin A and Zinc are also part of our immune system just like Vitamin D, so are they any helpful against balding? And also vitamin E is a great antioxidant, so can combination of vitamin A, D, E and zinc help? I was thinking about buying supplement of daily maximum dose of these vitamins and they have vitamin K also there which helps reducing calcification of vitamin D in the body. And also what kind of intake of these vitamins and mineral should I get? Should I get checked by doctors to see whether I am deficient in some vitamins or zinc? 3. Also how long should I use minoxidil 5% as a 25 year old man before I can see any results? Is it in the range of 6months and 2years? The question is how long people should use it before they can safely assume that it's not for them, because they have no benefit from it, whether it's stopping the balding, regrowing the hair or making the hair thicker?
