Now I’m hungry 😂. It’s not the ingredients, it’s the love and care you put into the cooking.
Back during Covid, I had more time on my hands. I spent over 6 hours preparing all the ingredients from scratch as much as I could for a vegan breakfast ingredients. I had to get some special ingredients through Amazon because none of the local stores had it. I never bothered to add up the cost at the time but I can guarantee it was WAY more than $60. I fed them to my family and they said they were the best burritos they ever had. I definitely agreed with them. They were stunned to learn the “eggs” were tofu and the ground meat was a seasoned fried chickpea. I’m sure it was the effort I could put in at the time to make them special.
Great video. I watch your videos for the triathlon contact but it’s always the humor and the synergy between you two that keeps me coming back. You guys are better together.

Loved the musical drama...and YUMMO, breakfast burritos are the fav here too in the Rodriguez household!
