    THANKS man!
I AM mechanically inclined and I've been driving and maintaining my own 'yota products for 40 years.. Not at all hard to believe that this is a $1000.00+ job at the stealership...
This was exactly what I needed step by step. My car is also the same year and model as in your video so this was more than perfect.
I got my replacement motor on AMAZON Prime for $4.99, had it in three days. everything is now perfect, no leftover screws, no swearing, no broken parts..
    Best regards from Indiana

Great Tutorial! I just replaced the motor on my 2004 Lexus LS430 UL with the easy close door lock actuators. Only difference between the actuators are that the Easy Close version is much bigger. Hardest part about the replacement was reinstalling and lining everything up perfectly. You helped me save $1,000+ from what Lexus Dealer wanted to charge me.

Thanks so much for this! Amazing step by step tutorial. Just changed the front passenger motor on my '05 LS ultra luxury. After completing the job, everything was working and i tested it about 5 times just locking, unlocking, closing, and opening the door. But then shortly after, the door would stop responding a bit and the actuator would make a jamming sound when trying to lock or unlock. Any suggestions on what it might be? All my rear doors and passenger doors don’t unlock with neither my smart key or my driver door lock. I have to manually unlock all the other doors besides my driver door. But my key and driver door lock can lock all the doors but just not unlock. Also when I open my driver door, the car beeps multiple times. Btw this is happening on a 2012 venza. But any help will be appreciated!
