Interesting idea. I couldn't make out the secondary voltage on your transformer. 5000?

9000. It's from an old neon light.

What was in the coffee can? Why then, you sanded and planed it off??
    Nice 👍

Paraffin wax. It helps slow down drying the ends too fast. Trying to keep them from cracking.

I knew you liked to fish but this is another interesting hobby. Not exactly sure how that pattern formed with the electrification, but it looks amazing.

It's called fractal burning. Very dangerous for low IQ people, or if you do something really stupid.

Those diamond willow branches remind me of the artwork from Doom. Looks wicked.

@@bobsoft I gave one away so far. New idea, and have 3 so far. Have not sold anything yet. Gave away a bunch of walking sticks, and have about 35 finished. Don't know what to do with them. Cabin fever hobby.

That was wild what you did with the transformer. Very Cool. Love all this non-car stuff. This and the walking sticks and bicycle and gun stuff and basement remodel. Did you say in one of the other videos that the diamond willow only grows in your area? Thanks.

The fungus that makes them is in about 5 mainland states, Canada, and Alaska.
