Meditating with crystals is powerful and creates a bond between you and your crystals. This crystal meditation can be used by beginners or anyone already familiar with crystal healing.
We will begin with intention setting, a short relaxation and grounding. Then I will guide you on a visualisation to enter your crystal and merge with its energy. I recommend listening to this through earphones/ear buds for the best sound experience.

I almost cried during this. The connection I had with my clear quartz was so secure

I've got a rainbow fluorite tower with a mix of purple, blue, green, white and yellow, its speckled with rainbows and even the rock it grew from. Gonna try this with that tower

I chose my lemurian twin crystal. I saw myself playing with the rainbows 🌈 within the crystal. Having that rainbow energy move around my aura like rainbow ribbons, swirling around. So delightful. I feel more centred in my heart space. Thank you 🙏🏾 🌈 🤍

I sometimes hold a crystal in my hands while meditating because I find the weight and structure comfortable.
This is how I ended up with information about the spiritual view of crystals, because I wanted an explanation as to why I started to feel tingling and pulling around my hands when I hold one
and if I can use that experience somehow.
So I only experienced it before I got around to reading about the spiritual uses of crystals.
I didn't even know then that such a thing existed, I already knew that some indigenous peoples use crystals for their rites and worship services,
but that is probably a very different kind of use, and probably similar to other natural materials such as plants and animal parts will.
It was then quite practical that I later found a book about crystals at a flea market, which then gave me a basis on the subject.
Yes, it is the spiritual side and personal growth aspects aspects of crystals that had the biggest impact on me

I worked with Angel Aura Quartz points and some small skulls who wanted to be included. I felt so much love and safety. Like they were shielding me. The Aura points are imperfect and they said they represent aspects of humanity. For we are not perfect, we have all had some emotional damage, from being chipped to totally gutted. I got so attracted to a faceted raw ruby crystal bracelet at a stall and couldnt stop myself from getting it. It seems like it was calling me. But when I got home and read more about it, I read how based on astrology, I should not be wearing it. And so I tried this meditation to see a connection. I was amazed by the connection I felt tingles, strong pulses and numbness as I entered into the meditation state. I saw myself being one with the crystals and surrounded by it majestic colors and hues as if I was inside the crystal. I gelt it’s power. It was bright but my room was so dark. I wonder if it means I can wear the ruby bracelet? Or does it mean otherwise?
I chose a celestite cluster which was just cleansed from Monday's full moon (it was an alternative to the aura quartz suggested in your 2023 reading). I definitely felt the vibrations from it! Also a warm comforting energy around me.

The crystal I used during this session is a quartz cluster with different sections that almost look like towers. I imagined myself being led down a corridor that became a dead end, but before disappointment set in, a new path revealed itself. I was brought to a crossroads that had a staircase, and I climbed the stairs to a window that showed an expansive crystalline landscape. In order to “progress” though, I had to climb back down the stairs. Maybe others will find this to be a strange approach to the visualization, but I realized that I had to reach dead ends in order to realize my true path, and this resonates with my current experiences more than I can describe. Thank you for this wonderful meditation ❤

This was great! It was my first time using crystal meditation. The word I saw was body, then images of places on earth where there's water. Rivers, streams, waterfalls, lakes, and the ocean. I think it was saying get my body into the waters. I was sceptical about this at first but I absolutely loved it! Thanks very much 😊

I was drawn to three crystals in a store today, and felt really good about connecting with them at this very moment. I first tried it with a smokey quarts crystal ball I got! I saw it showing me native people and native way of life and celebration and also a few wolf life scenarios of just wolves having fun with their pack and running on rocky planes! This is verry corelative to where I live so I immediately connected that the crystal must have been harvested from somewhere quite local! This made me very happy because I love finding out that the energies of something I'm working with connect directly to the land I'm on!🥰 I am honestly astounded by this meditation and will definitely be using it on my other two new crystals! Can't wait to see what they have in store!🔮

This is my first meditation to connect with my crystals. I chose a beautiful smooth black velvet obsidian tumbled crystal. I've been so drawn to this crystal since it found its way in to my life recently. It's my most energetic crystal. I loved meditating with it and connecting to its protective properties. I'll definetly be doing more meditations with my other crystals. Thank you!

Wow…. I just did this meditation and found tears flowing. I did not force or intend the tears but when I asked for something specific I have been battling with…phrases appeared and tears came. Truly unbelievable.

Thank you for sharing this. I chose a small Lapis cube, technically a mineral but I was drawn to it. I always thought it reminded me of Van Gogh's Starry Night, so that's what I saw, a night sky with golden stars. I floated up to the sky to see which star drew me, but I needed more time. I'll try this again with different crystals - great idea!

I chose to meditate with my heart shaped Rhodonite. I felt super grounded and connected to my crystal. I felt united. And and then my rhodonite felt huge in my hand. It felt like it became this giant boulder that was grounding me. It felt strong and gentle. And very calming. It wasn’t until I opened my eyes that I realized the actual size of my crystal. Super powerful meditation ! I’m not sure what this means but it was very relaxing and so so powerful !

thanks Ethan. That was beautiful and a good reminder that I can trust my intuition because this method of expanding the crystal and going into it is what I intuitivly have done several times. I wondered afterwards why I did it that way.
I can also acknowledge the fact that our "inner knowing" comes from a field of unity, oneness, allness.
As I went on with this meditation, with my aventurine crystal I did not get a specific message ..however, when I opened my eyes and started looking around in a gazy sort of way I suddenly noticed that I was drawn to look at all green things. As if I could only discern the colour green and sooo much was green ! And then it appeared in my mind that the green vibration was something to hold in mind, as a healing colour/ vibration.
To be short : You really inspired me to TRUST my inner knowing. 😊

First time meditating with crysals, decided to do with with my dragon's blood jasper. As I connected it I saw alot of purple swirls before they turned into these mountains and landscape. I recognized them instantly. I wore my crystal on a trip where I did alot of hiking. It was the longest i wore one stone, barely ever taking it off. It was so cool seeing these terrains again, making me think of how peaceful I felt on these hikes.

You can meditate with lots of crystals but this meditation is more suitable for developing a personal connection with one crystal at a time

Hi , today I decided to meditate with rose quartz i didn't do it for few days, I saw others visualizing happy things but I visualized myself crying in the heart of the crystal while I was all depressed i also felt a strong feeling ad the crystal grew too huge like u said i cried.Do you know what it means? Please tell. Thank you so much i always watch your reikies. Thank you so much.I felt my crystal connect but still can you let me know the meaning of this visualisation? Thankyou
Rose Quartz can sometimes do this because its used for emotional healing. It might have brought up some sadness you had in your heart from the past so that you can heal and release it.
When I close my eyes, I saw blue
I was working with lepidolite, and at the very end of the meditation, it felt like a ripple of water was sent through my body.

I found out about the meditation on Instagram when I scrolled around there. Came at just the right time because I want to try connecting with a special crystal,
I postponed it until later because I wanted to do a few other things.
When I wanted to do the meditation, I couldn't find the crystal again, I must have misplaced it somehow.
Did it with another one with whom I would also like to establish a connection with my Galena. Edit again. I had a Handkerchief under my galena,
it's a quirk of mine that I like to be extra careful, I forgot to notice it.
For me, after a few minutes, the crystal became very heavy in my hand and the word desert came into my mind, just the word.
Edit: I did it again and this time I had no thought, but my right arm became very heavy, and I had to support it with my left arm.
I had my hands on top of each other like a bowl, and these were supported by my legs because I put my hands on them.
This time, the galena gave off more wave-like energy, which rise up in my arms like current-voltage waves.
I found the crystal I was looking for that evening.
When i went to bed i found it on a small box on my bedside table, I oversaw it.
The first thing I looked at was my bedside table, and I couldn't find it😅. I was looking for my Celestite who is also quite large at about 5-6 cm.

i would not handle galena very much if i were you. it is poisonous & one of those stones that can be absorbed (tiny bits but enough) into your skin enough to make you very sick. at our rockhound shops here in arizona they keep it ( and other harmful stones) in stapled plastic bags so that people cannot pick it up to handle it. when i work with mine i just set it in front of me rather than hold it. have a wonderful day.
I was careful and had a cotton handkerchief underneath.
It's such a quirk of mine that I don't like to touch it for longer than a short moment, that's why the handkerchief,
although the seller said it's a stable lead-sulphur connection and i don't have to go to the bathroom to wash my hands if i touch it.
I was sceptical and looked it up on a very detailed minerals page for collectors on the internet, and there also stood that it is not toxic due to this stable connection.
Otherwise, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. I still wash my hands after I've touched it with my fingers, i of mine. I just prefer that, better safe than sorry
I very rarely touch it, and I bought it mainly because of its strange shape to draw it and for my collection.
I worked with a labrodite, didn't get any message specifically I felt tingly all over and with I connected with the crystal I swore I was looking into the northern lights all of the shifting colors all at once.
It's definitely connected to the northern lights
I haven't been meditating or working with my crystals for a while but I tried to connect with rose quartz. And in the moment when you said you're now one with your crystal the crystal showed me or I saw crying face in my head and became sad even few tears rolled my cheek it was quite intense I wonder what does it mean. If anyone have explanation for it let me now
It might be your Rose Quartz is helping you heal from past hurts. Its an emotional healer and brings comfort 🩷
I'm connecting with my spirit quartz, a Pink and white crystal I'm not sure what it's called, clear quartz, an amethyst mixed piece.

Idk how people do this I’m at 9:54 and I didn’t get anything I could barely envision myself. 🥲 let alone auras and crystal merging and even messages. Is this a facade or do people actually experience these beautiful things. 😔

It is a visualization, so if that is something you struggle with, this might not be the best meditation for you. You could always try again
