This is helpful. I'm doing keto for brain health (Parkinson's) but my BMI is 20.7. I don't want to lose weight - I'm the same at 76 as I was at 18.

Currently, one out of three Americans is metabolically ill: Overweight, diabetic, or obese.
Our High Carb Society is made possible by the Haber Bosch method of creating fertilizer out of oil. That the AHA, ADA, etc. remain averse to the Keto model supports the notion that Main Stream Medical /Pharma is geared to treating recurring symptoms as opposed to curing disease. Dr. Phinney is refreshing in his command of the subject.
